I always go here - they are very friendly and helpful and will make sure you ship your package as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. It’s a small location so sometimes the line will back up to the door or outside (especially around holidays like Christmas) but they move it along pretty well.

Go here often to mail items for work. Never have a problem and if there is an issue it is always resolved. Of all the employees Amanda is the greatest; she very knowledgeable, always friendly and kind.

Very friendly and courteous staff. They go the extra step and email me with tracking information, saving me the drudgery of entering 20 digit tracking numbers. So easy and efficient.

Grrat prices and great customer service. Came here to make a ups return on 2 items aftet the ups store themselves tried to upcharge me and belittle me in the store for asking questions.

I went to UPS up the street to send a package to Turkey and they were not helpful at all. The address written for Turkey is not as how we would write it so I wanted to make sure I got it right. Because they could not help me, I came here to PostalCenter. Dave was the guy who helped me. He was totally awesome. He googled the address and made sure it was printed out right for the label. He even suggested how to send it to save me money and was very patience with me the whole time. I have never sent anything to Turkey before and these documents are very important to me.

Love this place. Always friendly and very efficient. They store all the addresses I send to so no need for labels- love that. I avoid post office as much as possible and this is the answer.

Be prepared to pay steep connivence fees if youre asking them to ship it. They over charged for identical services from USPS.

This place was supposed to be open by 9:00 to 5:00 but it’s 12:18 and it’s closed. What’s happening?

Had a large envelope to mail for a birthday. It took Two people to figure out the postage. The envelope arrived on the day of the birthday BACK TO ME. apparently they were $1.58 off on their calculating! So a 75 year old man who is alone got nothing that day ! I went back to the store to complain w the envelope. No apology and she even had the nerve to take the $1.58 !!!! Customer service at its worst
