Panera Bread

Pleasant experience. Good food that came out fast. Everything was fresh. The tables were clean and the staff was friendly. This is a newer location that has a different feel than the typical Panera. It's a very open building with a little less intimate feel than what you may be used to from other Panera locations, but still the same good food.

So happy that Panera opened up again in McHenry! The updated Panera looks great! The workers were so friendly, and as usual, the bagels were awesome!

This is by far my favorite Panera anywhere. They have the nicest employees and the food is always so fresh. The crew handled the grand opening very well, and the employees that waited on me today were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

We like the new look of the place, but do have to admit we also miss the warm cozy interior of their previous building. The staff were fantastic here, we got our food in a timely matter and it came out delicious as always!

Got one of their salads and green tea both were tasty and quick 😋

My order was prepared accurate and on time.My food was very delicious and everything was made fresh.I am so happy that we decided to eat at that location. Our broccoli soups were very good.Also the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwiches were made how we wanted it.Bravo!

Good is great and service is fast. I wish it wasn't so bright in there, but looking forward to the outside seating area this summer.

Panera has been fast since they opened the new place. The service is great the food tastes great too very busy

I was here with my friend a few days ago, the cashier accidentally messed our order up, and the manager was great on getting it fixed. The cashier Mark, was very apologetic and even came to our table with cookies for making the mistake even though it really wasn’t to big of a deal to us lol. Thank you for the great customer service!!

I decided to stop and get some Bagels for the family on Saturday afternoon. I was very excited when I saw a whole bunch of Asiago Cheese bagels. I was helped by Sarah and she was very patient. I asked for bagels and let her know what kinds I wanted. I also asked for a bag for each bagel. The customer service at this location was very good and the restaurant was clean. I also ordered a bowl of soup and a lemonade refresher. Everything was ready in a reasonable amount of time and everything in my order was there.

I stopped there tonight to pick up dinner for my family, it was a larger order and I received a smaller bag but didn't think too much of it because my hands were full, I was dropping everything. Well, I drove 10 minutes all the way home just to realize I either grabbed the wrong bag or got handed the wrong bag so I drove 10 minutes all the way back and the sweet cashier, Diane (Who I'm guessing was a manager) remade my entire order, fresh, as well as gave me a whole refund! (Which absolutely she did not have to do, so that was very very kind of her) something so small like that definitely made my entire night!! even though getting my family dinner was a mission, Diane fixed it and was very sweet about it.

The new store is nice, management is on point keeping the store clean and organized. I'm already a Panera fan. I'm glad we got this upgraded store.

Always a good food experience at Panara

I work in the area and this is my favorite place for lunch. Friendly staff, accurate orders, short waiting time.

Such friendly helpful workers. The young lady at the counter started talking to us about our last name. The ethnicity we are. Her ethnicity as well. I felt warm and welcoming and that I was noticed as a person, not just a customer. My favorite place to eat.

Grae is a beam of sunshine!!! She helped us today and I am just taken away by how delightful and sweet she is! Her positive energy and bubbly demeanor created such a great vibe throughout the restaurant. So lovely. Thank you for hiring such a beautiful person ❤
