AT&T Store

We were in and out in a timely manner, achieved all of our objectives… Simon and Omar were the best‼ we will be back :-)

Went to this store to fix an issue with my son’s Apple Watch after getting no help whatsoever from Apple. Joey was very helpful and got the problem fixed in no time. He also explained very well a lot of questions we had - worked quickly and provided a solution that others were not able to provide.

Chris helped me out at AT&T today and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, wasn’t pushy at all when I was trying to decide what phone I wanted, and went through all my concerns with me. He also was just nice to speak to while we were waiting for things to download on the new phone. We chatted sports, college, restaurants we liked, etc. It made the process much more enjoyable! Thanks for your help, Chris!!

Like a lot of the other reviewers I am extremely happy I found this AT&T store and stopped in for help!
Logan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and customer focused. He solved all of our problems with activation of iPhones we got via AT&T’s phone customer service a week earlier. The issues were not AT&T issues. They were previous Verizon setup issues we had been living with. Thru the process Logan let us know what was happening and definitely has a can-do attitude!
Logan and Chris (sales) also helped us get the most out of a coupon we had for accessories. What a great experience!!

This is one of the best At&T locations I have ever been too. Chris Evans was my sales representative, he has great customer. He was very helpful and made sure I got what I needed.

Came here with a problem that the AT&T web assistants could not solve after a hour of testing. Within 5 minutes of walking into this store- all of my problems were solved thanks to Brian! Highly recommended for fast, professional service!! Thank you!!

Chris at the Woodridge store set up my new fiber optic internet service. I met with him twice First to obtain speed information about fiber optic and the different plans available. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I then went back the next day after exploring other options and he set everything up for service to begin on the day I requested. I appreciated his patience and knowledge that helped me decide what company to go with. Thanks!

I went there yesterday, the staff was exceptional. They greeted me immediately. I had a few things I needed assistance with beyond needing a new phone. They all helped me fix and figure out my issues and taught me a lot. They transferred all of my contacts and photos. Put my screen cover on meticulously. Set up features and everything I needed or just asked for help with. The were kind, knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Thank you Byron, Lorna and Zack, I really appreciate all of your help over two days now. By the way I love my new phone.

I used to have boost mobile, but ever since I got a new phone no one could help me out. Overall it was a very bad experience. I then walked into an AT&T store with the intention to change my provider. They guy there (Tyler) was extremely helpful and pleasant to do business with. He helped me get exactly what I was trying to find and even more for an amazing price. We did take some time talking and figuring out exactly what I wanted but in the end he even stayed almost a whole hour after closing time to help me out. I will definitely be staying at AT&T for a long time with this great costumer service.

I have never had a more pleasant experience ever. Tony and John were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with my husband and I trying to get his phone set up properly. I am just amazed at how great they were. I was here at the store a couple days earlier and I was dealing with Lorna when I bought the phone initially. But of course I had problems setting it up and that’s where Tony and John came in. Absolutely fantastic experience. Thank you

I am a new AT&T wireless customer and I came to this store to get my new phone. Not only is it close and convenient, but it's also a very clean and customer friendly store. I had the pleasure of being helped by Brenden and Zack. Both were very professional, sincere, and helpful. I had a few bumps in the beginning of switching my service but I got it resolved. I couldn't thank them enough for their help. Would definitely recommend this location 👌

Raven & Sydney helped us out so much! We spent a long while here to transfer over 5 numbers and they made the process as simple as possible. Super sociable and personable and great people all around! They were a great team!

I hadn’t switched or upgraded my phone for literal years. I got an iphone 11 and switched from sprint to at&t. Lorna was so nice and helpful and totally made the whole process 100% not stressful. Wonderful woman. Ask for her for anything you need at this store!

I had just broken my phone and needed assistance when getting a new one. Thankfully, Lorna was there to provide me with everything and more during that process. She was informative and overall a joy to be around after breaking my phone. The selection that she helped me pick out is the perfect fit and made the process painless. I will always go to this location from now on!

I had an AMAZING experience at this store. Lorna and Zack really helped my out, and were very patient with me. I actually went into the store to meet my friend, and was with Sprint. They convinced me to switch to AT&T and I am so happy.

As a long time AT&T customer I have had the single best experience ever at this store. The employee that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. The part that truly impressed me however was the outstanding customer service for not only me, but also my son who was having a rough day running errands with me. He took extra time to grab a stress ball for my son to play with (he made sure I saw him ensure it was clean beforehand as well), and also was kind enough to alter his speech to my son's level when he again went out of his way to "put his chicken tendies and choccy milk in da fridge" (he disposed of them for me because my son was finished but was being a toddler and was very concerned about getting them back.

My husband and I went to get a quote to add a family member on our phone plan. It was extremely quick and easy. Rep was knowledgeable so we ended up deciding to just get the phone and go ahead with it all. It was incredibly efficient and easy to do. Will be going back to this store for all our at&t needs. :)

Everyone at this store is so nice! Tony helped me upgrade to an iPhone 12 and was so so friendly. I’ve always had great experiences here. Highly recommend for all your AT&T needs!
