I can't say enough good things about this place - Jose and Jennifer were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They guided me through selecting a variety + age of bamboo, and Jose came and installed it. It looks great and they were very knowledgeable and helpful along the way!

We had a great experience with New England Bamboo! Jose evaluated our two different bamboo gardens, proposed some changes and implemented it all with careful attention to detail. Our bamboo is thriving! We are very pleased with the results and plan to use New England Bamboo for ongoing maintenance.

You apparently have to make an appointment via their website and someone will email you. I received an email from Jennifer asking for more information which I provided her with. I could not get a reply email after that. I sent multiple follow-up emails thereafter and multiple phone calls without further help. Would recommend people buy bamboo online versus attempting to make a reservation to visit this company’s bamboo for purchase.
