Woke up without hot water this morning and called Ferrari at 9am. They were here by 10:30am and my new water heater was installed by noon. Great customer service from the time I called Linda to the time I paid the bill. Wes and his partner did an excellent job with the replacement water heater. Very pleased!!

Wes replaced my 13 year old water heater - top notch professional, willing to educate me (we discussed pros and cons of tankless option), and ultimately he and his team did careful and thorough work.

We presented Wes from Ferrari Plumbing with several challenging issues: 1) a second floor laundry drain that runs above the ceiling of the first floor that was backing up into the furnace condensation drain hole and into the second floor furnace room. The solution included separating the laundry drain and condensation drain and then having them join again several feet later; 2) a hard to get at 2nd floor shower drain that had a cut in the P trap; and 3) a vent that opened halfway up an inside wall. All three issues were solved very creatively, efficiently and with great skill by Wes. Had these issues not been solved and expertly reconfigured, we would have had a very serious problem. We are very happy with Ferrari Plumbing.

After noticing a pool in our basement, we called Ferrari Plumbing, and could not have been happier with our choice! They came quickly, and provided excellent and efficient work. They were very knowledgable and were happy to share any explanation and additional information needed. They provided great information for us to keep in mind in order to prevent issues in the future with out being overly pushy, which at a time of stress was much appreciated.

My backup sump pump failed and I had to call. They were very professional and quickly replaced the defective pump and made sure it worked with my battery backup system. They also caught that my old check valve wasn't functioning and installed a new, better one. They used better pvc fittings too and made sure it all worked.

Let me tell you, when your sump pump goes kaput, it's not exactly a cause for celebration. But thankfully, the cavalry arrived in the form of Ferrari Plumbing in Wheaton, IL. These guys are the real deal!
