Michael's Electric

Michael is a straight shooter, forward and upfront with all of his considerations and charges, his abilities and promises. He spoke and delivered and we received the exact service we needed with cost conservation in mind. If you do not go with Michael, I urge you to discuss your home improvement project first.

Michael was an amazing electrician! We had him come out to fix some wiring in our kitchen. He was very easy to schedule, showed up on time, and was beyond professional. What I really enjoyed about Michael was he explains what he's doing and why he is doing it that way. He was more than generous to share his knowledge with me. He mentioned that he won't do a job if he feels it's improper or if it will leave a customer's house unsafe, even if that means he will lose money by turning a job down. He also was kind enough to give me some quotes for other work I was thinking about having at no charge. I had a different electrician come out after Michael for other issues I had going on (Michael was already booked up) and it was NOTHING like the service I got with Michael. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Michael if you need an electrician. I felt like his prices were very reasonable, especially for someone who's been in that field for over 40 years. I was quoted a lot more from other companies and the one company that did come out did a lot less but charged me a lot more. Any future issues I have, Michael is the guy I am calling!

Mike came out to replace four outlets in our home and swap out two hallway lights. He is very personable, great at communicating, and runs a very professional business. I'm 100% happy that I chose someone trustworthy who puts customers first and has lots of experience to deal with the small finicky issues that might trip up someone less skilled.

Michael is fantastic. He is responsive, informative, upfront with pricing, and very hard working. He gave us a very accurate estimate for the work needed, even though I underestimated the distance between the panel and the outlet by half! (It turns out he expected that and built it into the high-end of his estimate.

He showed up right on time, and explained what needed to be done and why. He worked all morning and we were cooking with our new stove by lunchtime. All of his work looks great, and he stuck to his original estimate.

He’s very friendly and answered all my questions. I’ll happily keep his number on my fridge and to share his contact info with all my friends.

Called Michael about an issue with ceiling fan I installed. Through multiple calls, he was able to walk me through troubleshooting to fix it. Michael did this for no cost and on his own time. I’m glad to say due to his help, my ceiling fan is now working. Will call him for any further electrical needs.

Michael was great about diagnosing several lighting problems in my recently purchased home and helping me find reasonable solutions. His pricing was upfront and fair. He even left a roll of electrical tape since I didn't have any! Thank you Michael!!

Mike is outstanding. I had a double pole 3 way switch wired wrong. I called Mike and explained situation. He told me he could walk me through the correct processand save some money on a service call. After sending pictures of the switch Mike had the diagnosis and walked me through step by step. Everything was spot on and the switch is working correctly. Not many people would take the time to do what he did. Character speaks volumes about a person and Mike is top notch. Any future electrical needs I'll be calling Mike. Thanks Mike!!!

Michael did an awesome job for me. He responded to my email on a Sunday within 15 minutes and was able to come within 2 days. He solved an electrical problem that's been puzzling me for over a year and also installed 3 external light fixtures, 1 internal light fixture, and 1 flood lamp. He was extremely upfront about pricing, very friendly, and let me follow him around asking questions. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

Amazing experience with Mike. He was very understanding about a sudden schedule change and accommodated that which helped me out enormously. He was professional and talked me through what the problems were in our house before showing me a quote, and then finished the work very quickly. Easily the most affordable, but most professional expert we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We will be hiring him again!

We have used Michael’s Electric twice, after receiving g a glowing referral from a neighbor. Michael is very professional and diligent about doing the job right. He responds quickly to requests for a proposal and his estimates have been very close to the actual charges. He was a bit early for both appointments and arrived in a clean and well presented uniform in a clean and well maintained vehicle. For the last job he completed, Michael had a more difficult diagnosis and he stuck with it until it was correctly solved. Michael is confident, works efficiently, delivers good value with a very professional and personal approach.

Michael installed an EV car charger in my garage. He was very quick, did high quality work, and explained my options clearly so I could make the the most informed choices. I would definitely recommend him.

I have had many electricians over the years and Mike is hands down THE BEST! He takes the time to explain what the issues are and to understand what I want done. Work is done efficiently, completely, and he even cleans up his mess. :-) I am very happy with the job he has done both times he came out. Needed work to connect my HoT Tub and it was done timely and with thought as to not making it not look unsightly onto the house, but within code. Had him come back for outlets needed and it was also done professionally with an upfront awareness of how, how much and approx. how long it would take. In/out nice and clean. All the work was performed and done properly with no issues. Used Michael's services at my last home and that is why I had him out again to this new house. You want someone that is reliable, fair and you can work with and that's what you get.

Mike is our go to electrician! We’ve used him for over 25 years for large and small projects and will continue using him in the future. He is honest - never tries to “upsell” us, recommend something that violates codes, adds on things that aren’t needed or speaks in “electrician jargon” to confuse/impress you. His pre-visit interview/estimate process is thorough. He patiently listens to what you say and never cuts you off when you describe what you need even if it may be hard to describe. He often asks “Have you tried this?” to help you avoid having him come out for an unnecessary service call. His pre-visit estimates have always been reliable. In fact Mike has charged me less than the initial quote when he sees and assesses the situation in person. Mike always has had the supplies needed to do the job. He’s never had to run to an electrical supply or hardware store during his visit. Mike is friendly and doesn’t mind you watching him work. He explains what he is doing and why as he goes about his tasks. Mike and I worked together on his recent visit to solve a problem with a ceiling fan light that would suddenly come on at all hours of the day or night. He made sure that I understood that it may not be “fixable” before he came out to our home. We asked him to come out anyway. All of us were happy that he could fix it! He even showed me what to do on my own if I don’t want to call him should it happen again. I haven’t had an issue since he made the changes! Mike loves his job. He arrives at the scheduled time, is professional in appearance and demeanor and makes sure you are satisfied before he leaves. Give Mike a call as you’ll be happy you did!

Mike does excellent work and can be trusted. He is very responsive - same day service the first time and responded the very next morning to a late night request for service the day before. He’s done work for us at two houses and we are getting ready to use him on a third house and project because we know he’s the right electrician for the job! I had Michael come out and install a 240 GFCI Breaker and run new wire out to our pool for a heat pump. I was originally quoted ripping out all of the old hard wall conduit. When arrived he was able to use my conduit and saved me almost $1,000. He is very professional and does a great job. I have nothing negative to say about his work and will use him again to fix more things around my home.
