Update: Pothole at drive-thru, be careful. See photos. Store staff is helpful and friendly. Have not had issues at the pharmacy. Store is on 1st floor. Store is well lit, clean, and aisles are wide. Drive up has 2 lanes, but it seems only the one closest to the building is used. Handicapped parking and store entrance (powered doors) are available.

Pharmacists have always been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating-- probably because I'm nice to THEM as well.

A lot of negative reviews on here remind me of the MANY unkind people I've seen verbally abuse Pharm Techs for things that they have no control over.

Honestly I feel bad they have to deal with such a rude customer base a lot of the time -- but if you're nice and act human , this pharmacy is great! Lots of kind, helpful, intelligent Pharm Techs and pharmacists in my experience!

We do so much with the Pharmacy on Square Barn road in Algonquin. This Walgreens Pharmacy is just a JOY! Everyone that works in here is very happy to help me, they are efficient and they know what they are doing. They NEVER miss a beat. My husband and I are glad to do business with this Pharmacy. The pharmacists are very helpful and go out of their way to make it a JOY to use their Pharmacy. This means the world to us knowing that we can count on these special people knowing how sick my husband is. Knowing my orders are filled properly and efficiently. Thank to everyone who works in this Pharmacy, all of you have made it a JOY to come there.

This Walgreens location is the best pharmacy! They always go out of their way to make sure my prescription is filled on time as I have a med they have to order as they don't always have it in stock. They are professional as well as having a smile with their service. During the early part of the pandemic we didn't want to come into the store so they would hold some necessities and let us pick them up at the drive through. They are not the closest Walgreens, but are my "go to".

Love this Walgreens. It is definitely not the closest to my home but we go out of our way to utilize your services. From prescriptions to every day items they bend over backwards to assist us in obtaining what we need. And always with a cheerful attitude and a smile. Thank you!!

My mom broke her nebulizer which is bad because she uses it 3 times a day. I couldn’t find a replacement and it looked like I would have to order one which would take 5 days. Vincent the pharmacist helped me locate one in the area and I was able to get it to her that evening. Excellent customer service.

Great Customer Service. Had an issue with Western Union order and Doug Machaski was very helpful. He was on the phone with Wester Union for almost an hour and resolve the issue. Great Service..

Tonight a man named Dennis helped me out he was SO friendly and I had the best experience because of him. This man needs a raise!!! Will continue to go back here because of this experience thank you Dennis!!

I have had the absolute BEST experience with their pharmacy. Highly recommend this location at Algonquin and Square Barn Rd.

I never really had a negative experience at this particular location until recently. The older woman ringing me up at the checkout tried to scam me by giving back less rewards back than I was supposed to when their system had an error.
