It was a very good experience from start to finish. The salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy especially compared to another I tried. Scheduling was easy. The installers were on time, neat, respectful and did a great job. It only took about 90 minutes. So far the water is great.

Great service! I have never owned a house with a water softener before. I just bought a home with one installed that Angel Water serviced in the past. They showed me how it worked and how to add the salt crystals.

We needed maintenance on an older reverse osmosis system that we had struggled to find someone to service. Angel Water had us send a photo, then confirmed that they could perform the service (even though we had not bought the system from them) and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. CJ was prompt in arriving, performed a number of tests on the water, changed out the filters as needed, and (bonus points) mounted the filter system to the interior of the cabinet, freeing up cabinet space and neatening up the area. System works great, we're delighted with the service!

Angel Water did a wonderful job of fixing my water. I had a previous contractor that could not do it. I had a special problem with my water and Angel stayed with it until they found and fixed the problem. They were very responsive with me and were there whenever I had a question. They went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone, the planner, the plumbers, the service people and management were helpful and courteous. Their pricing was excellent. I recommend Angel to anyone who has water issues. 10 stars.

I would like to give a 5 stars review to AngelWater and specially to Tyler Andersen. He was very professional, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He did a great job guiding us and teaching us about the process of quality water and the job he came to do to achieve that. Hope he will be the one to do our annual check up next year.

Your technician, Mr. Shamoon Malik, did a great job in installing the water softener rebed system. He is very customer friendly and very efficient. He knows about the water related matters and answered my queries satisfactorily.

Don (my annual sevice technician) is competent and very customer-service oriented. Chris (Ops Mgr) has provided outstanding support for water heater replacement over the past 16 years.

It's been a year since I have requested a Angle representative to come out and service our filtration system because my last experience was far from acceptable. Well let me tell you Shmoon was the total opposite. He was courteous , professional and knowledgeable. He quickly changed my filters and instructed me on what I needed to do in the future. I will ask for him next time I need filters changed.. However, I still do not a receite which I was told would be in my E-mail. The stars are for Schmoon. not for my receite.

We just purchased our home and we wanted to continue the service from Angel Water. The previous owner noted they were and excellent company and I concur. Zachary Bradshaw was a our service tech. He was very rpofessional and efficient. He spent a lot of time explaining how the sytem works since this is the first time I bought a home with well and septic.

We had an experienced crew come out and install the latest, greatest whole house water filtration system made by Hans Premium Water back in April. They even had a representative from Hans attend as well. Since the install, anytime I texted or called about any questions or issues, they were very prompt in answering my questions and rectifying the issues. We just love the taste, smell and feel of the water...so pure and clean. I want to express our gratitude to the whole crew - Chris, Ryan, Mike and Zach, and of course Dean from Hans - for doing an excellent job. You all worked well together. Also, a shout out to Daniel who was the salesperson we worked with at the beginning of the process. You're a very personable young man. Everyone was polite, professional and efficient. All around excellent experience!

Austin came out and we discussed our problem, he spent time looking over what we have in place, and then he proposed some solutions. He gave us detailed information and explained why he thought the chlorine system would work best, so that is what we went with. Our water had a very strong smell that was getting worse, both hot and cold, and he said that it was caused by an iron bacteria. The same day the system was installed the smell was gone. The system isn't cheap, and it takes up some space in the basement, but for us it was worth it, because all the water in the entire house no longer has the awful odor, which made washing or taking a shower a very unpleasant experience. The install tech was great too, he worked efficiently, explained what he was going to do, and answered all our questions. We would definitely recommend Angel Water to others.

The support team was wonderful. Mason was great to work with and even helped us find the correct water main line. The installation went very smoothly and everything was clearly explained to me. The water softener, drinking water and water main shutoff system all work well. Great team!

Have had an awesome experience over the last 25 or so years that I've had Angel Water. They're always on time technicians are wonderful very nice and polite and well educated on the subject.

the tech was the best I've ever experienced--better than ABT, Xfinity, etc. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all our questions, explained each step and the costs, didn't rush to get to the next job.
