First time ordering from them. I needed parts for my neverlizer machine. They had everything I needed plus so and the price was pretty reasonable. My items arrived fairly quickly then what I was expecting.

I purchased an A&D UA-767FAC Blood Pressure Monitor two years ago and I forgot to place it out of the reach of my 1yr old Australian Shepherd. Well the next morning the tubing to my BP cuff was chewed in pieces. I called CS and needed a replacement so I ordered another BP cuff and they were caring enough to send me a new hose as well to honor their 5 year warranty plan.
