Wendy's

While traveling, we accidentally placed an order at the wrong location through the Wendy's app. The manager, Joel, was incredibly kind in helping us out.

Franklin Wendy's is so much better than Norwood and Stoughton burgers are juicy and etable but not at Norwood and Stoughton there burgers are very dry not edible don't waste your money!

Great staff of very nice and accommodating people. The facility is clean and modern. Plenty of parking. Convenient location on rt140 right off 495. Food was fresh and delicious. They always provide extra sauces. The chicken sandwiches are less than what I remembered from Wendy's. This is not the fault of the location. It's a very busy spot especially for a late night snack.
Out of the fast food location in town. I choose Wendy's or Taco Bell.

I can't really rate the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru. This location is always on the ball. The food is made correctly and the service is friendly and quick.
On a side note, I tried their new Melonburst lemonade drink, it was very good and probably only seasonal, so get one while you can!

Best new feature ever!!! I am very happy with Wendy's, their apps, their food but I am very fustrated by the lack of trash cans at most Wendy's. I jumped for joy, my wife thought I lost it when I saw the trash can reachable for driver window after the drive thru. There were many other trash cans at this specific Wendy's. But the one at the end of drive thru got the five stars!!

This was one of the newly renovated Wendys in Franklin Ma it was beautiful. Outside, inside is all redone very nice job. Food was great. Service was great

A great place, I come here relatively often. It is better than most other fast food in the area. The staff is generally nice, though once I was yelled at for going through the drive through with a big group.

This Wendy's, like most that I've been to, always serves fresh food up quickly. The employees are always friendly, even the time my step-son and I went there with about $6 in change the day before payday. I was apologizing up and down for all the change and the cashier told me it was no problem at all. He even helped us figure out how to get the most food for our money! This Wendy's is A++ in my book.

This Wendies is great. Drive through is efficient and staff is friendly. They also have a decent sized parking lot if you want to sit in your car and eat while you watch cars drive by.

Wendy's has the absolutely best fresh fried of any of it's competitors.
Generous portion, HOT,Crispy on outside,Tender inside,Golden brown with just a hint of Seasalt. I'm an addict to these fries. Go get some.

Zack is the best employee I have ever encountered, and he deserves true happiness and blessings. He made the best fries I think I have ever eaten. Zack and Dom are also valid employees who deserve similarly

Wendy's! Is always good! How ever, running out of grilled chicken and replacing it with breaded is not the best idea! But it's okay!

If Im in need of a quick lunch or, dinner, Wendy's is By far the only fast foid I would choose because of their Delicious Salads! My Favorite is Their Apple Pecan Salad. A full size has enough fresh delicious grilled chicken, Whole pecans, crumbled blue or gorgonzola cheese, juicy sliced apples with a nicely paired maple type dressing ( forgot name of the dressing). Summer time salads have generous portions of sliced strawberries, &, blueberries! It was so refreshing to see Wendy's Using All Fresh Field greens! You will definitely be pleased if you haven't had ond of their salads as of yet! FABULOUS JOB WENDYS! 👍👍👍
