We were looking for a sofa sleeper and were told to check the Romeoville location. We drove up here from Northwest Indiana and were mislead. The Romeoville location does NOT have a showroom. We stopped in the customer pickup and Mary was extremely helpful! She looked up different locations that we’d be able to go to and check out in the showroom.

I had great service at the end of the day. The rep was very courteous and professional. She did everything to make sure I was satisfied.
The workers are very helpful. They made sure to load my items in the vehicle. I will always buy from the Roomplace.

Excellent service! The waiting room was nice and cozy. The wait wasn't long. The guy who put the furniture in my car was really patient despite all my bags that I should have taken out before coming.

Quick and easy pick up. Contact less expierence was nice due to Covid -19.
