Don't mind my messy house -- we just moved in! I purchased two lovesac sactionals from Discount Bros via Matte Black and I couldn't be happier. They arrived relatively quickly (within 2-5 weeks of ordering, which I think is pretty standard for furniture) and at a fraction of the cost buying new. The couches are truly in excellent condition, i.e. "really close to new." No smell. No stains (there's an extremely small scuff mark on my light grey couch, you can barely see it). Matte was communicative and patient with me every step of the way, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable about the whole process. He was also very transparent about the conditions of the couches (i.e. liquidated floor models, returned / open-box units, etc) and said that they thoroughly inspect all the items and will help fix any issues. They stand by their words -- I can't thank them enough! Also the gentleman who delivered my couches was extremely polite.

Process of bidding was very easy. When I won an action they sent me an invoice. The payment system was easy to use. I went the next day to pick up the item. Customer service was very friendly.

My experience with discount bros was initially pretty good, I hadn’t bought from them before so I did not know what to expect. Communication and amicability is high and done well. Darrell went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even going out of their way to take care of shipping costs because of my military background. After not receiving my product initially I was of course very upset because I got this product as a gift for myself(birthday passing) but also for training purposes. They gave me a full refund within a timely manner and Darrell once again went above and beyond and reached out to me to rectify the situation and shipped out a product to me comparable to what I initially ordered(same product only difference being the color), free of charge because of my trouble. Much respect to Darrell. So far my experience has been positive, they seem to genuinely care about their clients and go out of their way to make sure you are provided with good service.

My experience with Discount Bros was very good, I bought a 9ft flocked Christmas tree during their Black Friday Sale for less than half the cost of retail. Unfortunately UPS lost my package, I contacted Discount Bros and spoke with Adam, he immediately shipped a new one and it arrived in less than 5 days. Discount Bros has great customer service. I will definitely buy again from this store.

I bought two Christmas trees from Discount Bros. One 7.5 ft & a 9ft. The 7.5 one was stuck on twinkle lights & wouldn't change to all the other options. I sent in an email & they called me back saying they would ship a replacement one out to me (I'm a about an hour South of them) AND to just donate the one that isn't working correctly! I was honestly expecting to have to drive up to the warehouse to swap trees, but this is absolutely amazing customer service! Will be doing business with Discount Bros again & definitely will tell my family/friends about how awesome they are to deal with! Thanks guys!!

OK, so I was a little bit skeptical of Discount Bros, mostly because the price on my item was so far below anything else I could find. Purchased a high end retractable tonneau cover for my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. Placed the order and then was contacted by DB and received another 10% off, which was fantastic. Was able to pick my item up at their Bolingbrook, IL facility. Saved even more because no shipping. The entire process was great and I just put the cover on today. It’s fantastic!

Hi, I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered yesterday to my house about 1 hour after I paid for it and I live about a hour away. Every product I have gotten I have never had an issue with and was always happy with it. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Discount Bros. Thank you 😊

I've purchased several items over the last year spending upwards of $4,000.

2 of the larger item purchases had missing hardware and 1 had damage. I contacted them immediately and they offered options on replacement parts or full refund.
They truly stand behind their products that they provide!
BUT PLEASE BE PATIENT! They will reply with a solution !

In February, I came across Discount Bros on a Facebook page for Lovesac couches, and every single review I read for DB was fantastic. I ended up purchasing a Lovesac sectional from them rather than directly through Lovesac because it was such a better deal, and Matte Black was so easy to work with. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition, it's still holding up great 9 months later, and I'm working with them again now on a new purchase!

I had planned on buying the Poly and Bark Napa sofa in cognac tan for a while. Before I bought it full price I thought I’d try my luck on Facebook Marketplace, since I had seen someone sell one there a while back. Sure enough I found a listing for the sofa I was looking for, at $900 under list price! Except this one was brand new. Sold by Discount Bros. I was a little hesitant making such a large purchase via Facebook with all the scams you hear about. But I looked up the company and they had good reviews so I pulled the trigger and bought the couch via their website. So glad I did! The couch came today and it’s beautiful. Brand new, in-box just as described. They were in communication with me after placing the order and shipped it to me across country for a really fair price. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

We bought our LoveSac Sactional with Discount Bros, and we are beyond happy with our purchase. We were a little nervous at first because these are possibly returns, and with that always comes with the risk of things being less than desirable quality. But our worries were quickly diminished after we had received our Sactional. Delivery was quick, arriving in just 2 days (delivery time was quoted with LoveSac being anywhere from 4-10 weeks), and since it was hand delivered by the awesome Discount Bros staff, it was cheap at only $60. Since they called us an hour before arrival, we had plenty of time to clear our livingroom. All the boxes we had gotten were a mix between brand spanking new (over half still had the original packaging and tags), and the ones that were used were barely so, as everything arrived in mint condition and with all the parts included. Only issue we ran into was a mixup with some of our seats being standard (we had ordered LovSoft, highly highly recommend, they’re crazy comfy), but that was quickly addressed by the wonderful woman who worked with us and assured us that the owner would take care of our exchange, we just needed to bring our proof of purchase (which is conveniently texted to you after purchase). I had brought only what was needed to be exchanged (back pillows and cushions, we didn’t even need to bring the whole set or box), and the owner Matteo had brought me everything by hand himself. He was incredibly helpful, and made sure to address any questions I had. Hell, he even helped me gather everything into my car!

The whole experience with Discount Bros was beyond expectations, and they live true to their name, seeing as we got out 5 seats and 6 sides for less than half the price of what we would have paid with LoveSac. We walked through the warehouse and saw other very reasonably priced items, and will definitely be checking them out for anything else that we may need first before heading out to the other stores.

Awesome place with a little bit of everything. Great deals on seasonal decor, tools, electronics, etc. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

Ordered and paid for an item 2 weeks ago. Called last week and was told it would be shipped Thursday. Texted and called back today and was disconnected three times and left message. I received a FaceTime message from Darrell who showed me pictures of the item I bought and explain the shipping problems they were having, and what he was doing to fix them. I’m updating my review to reflect their very responsive customer service. 👍

Love this place, always busy but they take care of you and help you find exact what you are looking for. Have a 30 day return policy on any items and talk about great deals, ask for Chris, very helpful.

I ordered a Christmas lamp and there was a clerical error and they did not have it in stock. Instead they sent me a refund and another lamp after calling me to figure out a solution. Looking forward to receiving it.

Their on line raffles have useful tools or stuff for your home. But if you have a chance go see thier warehouse it has a huge variety of everything you can think of at cheap prices.

Had a great experience with Matte Black while buying our dream couch. Will 100% be coming back to him for our expansion!
