The guys at Sparks are amazing. The manager, Jose, was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how respectful he was. I felt like he was super honest and tried to save me money. All of the employees were friendly and had smiles that came thru the office. I'll definitely be back!!!

My tire was leaking air, and they checked all four tires turns out two different tires had a screw and a nail in it. Jose was so great professional and worked with my needs! I was able to drop my car off since I work down the street and come back and pick it up! I appreciate the work that was done and how outstanding the service was!

I was about to leave on a road trip, so I checked my tire pressures. They were good, but 30 minutes later as I rolled out of the driveway my tire was flat. I filled it again, but could hear it leaking. It seemed to be a faulty valve stem, so I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care right away. The guy told me they couldn't even look at my car for at least a day. I asked if there was any way they could get me in earlier since I was on a road trip caravaning with others – no. I thought I was stranded, but went next door to Sparks even though they also looked busy. Bruno took my car in immediately, fixed the valve stem and additionally checked all the fluids to make sure the car was safe for a road trip. He went above and beyond, was so nice and did everything in 10 minutes. He said it was such an easy fix that he didn't even charge me! It's so nice to meet people who care about others and want to make sure their customers are safe for a long distance trip. My car has been great ever since. I will be back and I recommend Sparks to everyone. Thank you so much, Bruno!

This is the place you need to go when you need your serviced! I just picked my car up, and it drives and handles like a brand new car! (the car has 140,000 miles on it). The technician responsible for the work was Dave, and he seriously knows his stuff. Sparks Car Care has earned all my business going forward!!

We have been using Sparks for over 6 years for our fleet of trucks. They do their best to fit us in in emergencies as it is important to keep our trucks on the road. They go above and beyond to give us prompt service. Sparks does a great job on our trucks as well and and any issues are addressed and repaired. We would not hesitate to recommend Sparks to our friends, family and business associates.

Great service. Highly satisfied customer here. Up to this point I serviced my Honda at dealership, but with 90k+ miles in it it was not worth it to pay to dealership anymore. I got dealership quality at Sparks. I had multiple issued that had to be fixed and those were fixed and explained to me in details. Easy to make an appointment, no delays. Price tag was fair (at my estimate). In fact, couple of times when they run computer diagnostics for errors, there were no charges to me (in oppose to dealership).

GREAT CAR CARE SERVICE---Not only is their work top notch, reasonably priced, but they are truly HONEST, and helpful in all manners. Have brought cars in to them numerous occasions and cannot speak more highly. One time I had a minor issue and they would not even charge me, HIGHLY RECOMMEND--in all manners for car service!

My car had fairly substantial alignment issues and was lightly wobbling side to side when at speed, as well as having bent and cracked components that connected to the wheels. After service here, the car drives like new. It's night and day difference, to the point that it amazed me how I let the car get to this state; it just happened so gradually you don't notice.

Jose and Jim took really good care of us, and their techs took great care of the car. Just extremely happy with the level of service, reasonable pricing, and speed at which they completed repairs. They also have a very thorough inspection service with clear explanations and pictures/videos taken by the mechanics through a unique software system! Will be back for ALL future maintenance. I had a HUGE job (over $2,000) done on my car (it's over 20 yrs. old now) and I was astonished at how professional and great a job they did. The new repair list inspections and estimates done by email are fantastic and saved me time in decided what to fix or not. They've got my business from here on.

If you’re looking for any work to be done on your car, whether it be your daily or your show car, I recommend this shop. I had my corvette serviced here a handful of times. I will continue to bring it back for regular maintenance and any other service needed. This shop has great follow up and follow through. They’re able to squeeze me in when I need some work done. The communication, and explanation of work done is very thorough and greatly appreciated as I am always informed of what is going on. You can tell the employees here truly have a passion for their job, they do a great job. This shop surpassed my expectations!

Highly recommend this car care center! Got a tire puncture and even though it was after hours and they were closed - Bruno and Jose came to my rescue! They took the car in, turned the TV back on for us to watch and quickly fixed my tire. They were so genuine, caring, and kind! Total strangers who went above and beyond! Such a great experience! Thanks to the honest, dependable and quality service we have consistently received for many years, Sparks Computerized Car Care has kept our Pilot and Camry in impressive condition. Owners Jim & Bill run a great business and are a big part of why we always go back to Sparks. I really appreciate how they call and clearly explain what they are seeing and have options to consider. Sparks just replaced our exhaust system and because Jim told us at least 6 months earlier it would need to be replaced, it allowed us to plan. Jim also took the time to show me in person while the car was on the lift. Their pricing has always been fair. In the past, Jim has helped us get a rebate from a road hazard on a tire and they always stand behind their work. I wish more businesses operated like Sparks! We feel lucky to have them as a partner in our car care.

My family and I have been coming here for years. The staff is excellent. It is hard these days to find honest auto service shops. This is definitely one of them! Friendly, kind, honest, and get the job done! I am the type of person that always calls last minute (sorry about that) but there has never been a time they have turned me away. Great job changing the gasket cover and replacing the oil and air filter. (They found the beginning of a nest in the filter). They do a great job on all of our cars. Highly recommend!

My car had a series if issues and repairs, specifically regarding emissions. I went to two local LZ repair shops before Sparks, and those shops, let's say, were not enthusiastic about helping me. These people at Sparks dove right in, diagnosed, and repaired with professionalism and integrity.
