I don’t need Office Max services often but when I do the staff at this store steps up. Today Frances was a shining example! The minute I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. All employees on this day seemed happy with their work environment. I needed copies for our HOA. Francis was extremely supportive.

Frances worked with us in a very patient and compassionate manner to help us design a celebration of life handout for our daughter who recently passed. She was terrific to work with and offered up many helpful thoughts and ideas.

The entire staff is always very friendly, helpful, and accommodating at this store. Fran is absolutely amazing!!

At any & every time I print/copy something for work or personal, they do an amazing job!! I have messed up items a couple of times, and they were so helpful and responded back right away. Supervisor in the printing area is a phenomenal employee with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. She is able to multitask many customers and jobs at once, all the while in a wonderful mood. Terrific employee!

This is the type of store you don't find anymore. The store itself is clean and organized and well maintained. The selection is very good and the staff is top-notch! They are very knowledgeable and helpful, no matter what you are looking for. This is my new store for all my office goods!

The print and copy services delivered by the staff here are terrific. They are accommodating of special needs and provide timely completion of work at a fair price. I highly recommend them. Good job!

The copy & print department is absolutely amazing here. They've now helped us twice with urgent printing issues that other places couldn't help with, and they are always so nice and helpful. We love working with them, and are so grateful for their great customer service!

The online ordering process was flawless. I could check availability of the item online when ordering and if not available at one location, order it from a different location free of delivery charges. The time from order to ready to pickup notice was amazingly fast.

I had to drive to this location because the closer location to my house had a broken machine. I am so glad I did. The service was incredible. Working at home can be isolating and the positive human interaction really meant a lot to me.

Once again, this Lake Zurich Office Depot store (and associate at the printing counter, Steven) was top notch! Service was professional, knowledgeable, speedy, and friendly.
