Dr balderrama is amazing explains everything. very gentle patient and thorough. As well as his amazing staff that are very polite patient and caring for there patients .

I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade and it became a real source of anxiety and shame for me, but discomfort forced my hand and I finally made an appointment. My anxiety was immediately calmed by Dr. Balderrama's kind and competent demeanor, and I feel zero anxiety about visiting the dentist now. I'm excited to have dental health be a regular part of my life now and it's all thanks to the team at Oak Street Dental. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been to a number of dentist through my years and my experience with Dr Balderrama of Oak Street Dental has been the best by far!!! The staff is wonderful but his attention to detail is surpassed by none. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable in every visit to his office, and does his best to eliminate any pain through his procedures.

Since I started going to Dr Balderrama, my brother and my two sons have also decided to make him their primary. He is very personable and able to form a relationship with any patient. What really makes him stand out is his passion in dentistry and his goal to give you the best experience every time.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Balderrama, Elba, and the entire Oak Street Staff. My whole life I have been afraid of going to the dentist and dreaded even basic cleanings. Elba is extremely gentle, understanding, patient, and personable. It is clear, from the second you walk in, the service is different than other places. They go above and beyond-making sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Balderrama was a hero after a long weekend of unbearable tooth nerve pain my stubborn husband finally agreed to letting me call. Dr. Balderrama not only answered after hours, but was able to successfully ease his nerve pain. I am confident Dr. Balderrama's precision and expertise will fix my husband's prior sub-par dental care. I would recommend Oak Street Dental especially to anyone who suffers from dental/medical anxiety, or has been burned by previous dentists in the past.

Dr. B is very thorough when discussing treatment options, and explains procedures in detail; something I have failed to find from my previous dentists. Overall, highly recommend his practice.

Dr. Balderrama is a dentist that people can feel comfortable being treated by. Having a filling myself completed by him made me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. He is very thorough and a perfectionist. The staff is very warm and friendly. Overall experience has been excellent.

Dr Balderrama is one of the kindest, most genuinely caring dentist I have ever had. He has taken care of my family for years and I’ve recommend him to all of my friends as well. He has always been very caring and compassionate towards my dental needs, and my fear of the dentist is gone because of the care he took of me. I was a hot mess when I first saw Dr Balderrama and I can proudly smile thanks to him.

Dr. Balderrama shares different treatment options with you and supports whatever choice you decide to make. As someone who is anxious during dental procedures, he takes things slower and constantly checks how I am feeling during the procedure. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Best dentist, hygienists and office...EVER!!!
Back in Fall 2020 I was having my two front teeth repaired by Dr. Balderrama and the power went out to his building mid-appointment, pretty much as soon as he got the old material removed. Oh no!
He seamlessly stayed the course and repaired my teeth flawlessly using only his headlamp and the help of his awesome assistant. Amazing dentists are hard to find! Dr. Balderrama and his staff are highly recommended to all my family and friends. They are simply the best in oral healthcare!

I'd had the same dentist for over 20 years so when he retired, I was nervous about having a new dentist. Dr. Balderrama has been FANTASTIC! He performed a root canal that I never felt once...not even the next day! He is thorough, professional, and kind. His staff is also wonderful. They take care of you!!! They're so friendly and warm- welcoming.The dental hygienist was very informative. I walked in there to get my teeth fixed, but I walked out with another reason to smile!!! When you walk in you're like family! My procedure was PAINLESS, and Dr. Balderrama called to check in on me just to make sure everything was going good and gave me advice on how to manage my teeth! Let me tell you this is the best dentist I've went to, and will continue to go! They made me love my teeth!

After spending three years pushing it off, I’m glad to say I chose Dr. Balderrama to take care of my wisdom teeth extraction. The procedure was pain free & done within an hour! The team at the office is full of great hearted people & I will not be going anywhere else for my dental needs. My son was feeling apprehensive about going to a new doctor but as we walked out he did it with a big smile and said Dr Balderrama was awesome and real friendly. Made me feel good about the choice I made for our family's new dental home. The staff was also very friendly. Loved the atmosphere of the office.

I had horrible pain on one side of my face, attributed to two specific teeth. Dr. Balderrama got me in right away to assess the situation, then was able to get me in the day after while my boys were getting their annual cleanings, for a root canal. Mine was a difficult one and he was meticulous. He managed my pain and he and the hygienist worked seamlessly. I was so happy to have it done! I could eat again.

My kiddos are little and Dr. Balderrama and staff were great with them! My eldest is low support autistic and he doesn’t love people trying to mess with his mouth. He actually had fun, he tried to pretend to be a dentist too. He even tried to run off with the tiny mirror.

The support staff are great are well! Kaitlyn at the front desk was so kind and quick with patient information and records. The office is really nice! It’s comforting when you go to someone who uses newer technology and explains it to patients. I’m so glad we found this practice!
