Very spacious and open design, which is quite welcome since I always feel crowded and slightly claustrophobic at Hallmark stores.
We were greeted at the door by an employee which is rare nowadays.
The two-person team running the shop during our visit were in constant communication with each other to make sure they were following up with the customers in the store.
It's nice to have a Hallmark in this area to avoid the long (and annoying) drive to Geneva

There is a lot more here than cards. Got some really nice gift items for my nieces birthday.

I love this Hallmark location! The staff is always so friendly and inviting! Good selection of inventory but I wouldn’t mind seeing more squishmallows! :)

I took a group of participants with disabilities to this location. The employees were very rude and dismissive of my group. One of the employees made rude remarks about some of my participants using the restroom. Never again will I be shopping this location
