Pet Supplies Plus North Aurora

This is a great store! Their self dog wash is the cleanest one I have ever been to, and I've gone to many with my 90 lb. Lab. I live 11 miles away, other stores are closer but I shop and bathe my dog at this Pet Supplies Plus because of the cleanliness and the staff. Everyone is very helpful especially Kay, Megan and Olivia, who are always friendly and go out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Very knowledgeable about any questions that I have also resourceful and friendly staff. Always there to help with no attitude. I love that the staff actually likes to be there and likes what they do and you can truly feel it as well.

Has everything my pets need. The place is usually fairly quiet and I am able to get in and out quickly. Cashiers are always very helpful and friendly.

Decent prices and the staff is very friendly. This is where to go if you don't want to pay a fortune for cat food and litter, they have deals all the time.

They always have what I'm looking for and the employees are always very helpful and friendly. They have a great rewards program too, it really helps a tight budget!

Good variety of food, treats, and toys for your pets. They carry raw food that our dog loves and we found some raw freeze dried treats for him there.

Store is very clean, everything is clearly marked and well organized. All of the employees are SO nice and helpful. Special shout out to Morgan, who spent a good 20 minutes helping us find the right winter gear for our puppy. She kept him calm while we were trying on different options, and was so so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Left with a very happy boy.

Every staff member was awesome, and very amenable. We called ahead twice to check on two separate items, and both times they set them aside for us to pick up. Norah was extremely helpful on the phone!

The self service dog wash is clean and convenient! They have a 5 washes for $25 sale which is great, Petco is $12 per visit to the self service dog wash and that doesn't include conditioner. I'll definitely be taking my pups here from now on for self service!

We gave our new dog a bath and staff were very helpful and gave us a tour of the bath equipment. Lots of merch options, too.

I enjoy coming here. It is near my home, pretty chill, my dog likes walking around and the pet wash station was perfect for him. They provide towels, shampoo and conditioner. $14 per wash or you can get a discount punch card type of thing too. Much easier to wash my husky here than my bathtub!
Also good sales, independently owned, and nice staff.
I haven’t really been to many other pet places to compare and contrast, but I am happy enough that I don’t need to look for other places ;)

Their staff is super friendly and always helpful when I stopped by to pick up some cans of mittens wet food. One of the only brands that my cat will still eat since so many companies have started changing their recipes. Love love pet supply Plus!!

THIS PLACE HAS SUCH CUTE CAT COLLARS AND CAT TOYS. Immediately signed up for a membership! Cat food is also a very good price! I could spend millions on my kitty in here!!!

Nice store, great dog washing facilities! Also, you have an absolute GEM of an employee in Jenny, she is friendly and extremely knowledgeable whenever I have questions. She happily helps me even when she appears to be the only one in the store and she is super busy. The rest of your staff could definitely take lessons in customer service from her!

Great and friendly service. Love love love the selection on dog food, treats and more! I never seen raw bones and would suggest if we had more selection of raw protein for our animals please! Samples given at checkout. The boxes are adorable and I always seem to get some good things in there for the pup.

The dog wash is a must for the husky I own and I really wished you guys had better towels or larger ones for larger breeds.

I love shopping at this location. Everyone is nice and helpful and I appreciate when they offer to help you take stuff to your car! I always find great deals on cat toys and supplies for my cats. This has become my go-to store. ALSO I love their rewards program and your points add up quick! Always look forward to cashing in the $20 reward. Plus they frequently have coupons if you're subscribed or on their Instagram.
