I met Dr. Panchal today at her Barrington office. I was beyond grateful for the time she spent with me. She listened and worked with me to come up with the best plan for healing. She and her staff were very professional and she explained my injury so I could better understand the healing process. I am pleased to have become a patient of hers.

I was expecting a long wait after reading reviews and was pleasantly surprised to find my wait time quite short. I was late by 5 min and didn’t have my paperwork filled out and only waited about 10 min past my time. I was seen promptly by the nurse, the pa and the Md. Very happy with my visit.

Dr. Panchal is professional, warm, caring and explains everything - my first visit was great a shot in my hand for trigger finger and a day later Im' starting to feel relief. Everyone in this office is pleasant, efficient and caring

Knuckle replacement on right hand. I had very little pain no more than 3 on the pain scale. Regained approx 90 percent movement In just 4 weeks. Great doctor and physical therapy. I recommend I’ll bone and joint to everyone

Dr. Panchal saw me for carpal tunnel. I explained that my husband desperately needed surgery for the same problem. His was so severe, he could not sleep. She very kindly saw him a few days later and operated the very next day. My husband slept through the night the day of the surgery for the first time in months. Can't thank her and her staff enough.

I have had excellent service here. Sure the facility is a little older and somewhat crowded, but the staff has been friendly and accommodating. Dr Panchal was great, she was down to earth and thorough. I am very satisfied.

My daughter fractured her elbow and her doctor referred us to Dr. Panchal. I felt as if she was very honest, direct, and helpful throughout the process, which ultimately led us to the decision to have surgery done on the elbow. Dr. Panchal was amazing with my daughter and stuck up for her in the emergency room after my daughter became extremely nervous about having an IV before the surgery. The surgery went smoothly and all the after-care treatment she provided (including occupational therapy that she recommended) helped my daughter gain full usage back of her elbow. We also really loved her assistant which we saw several times as well.

Dr. Surbhi Panchal she is a great person and a very good Doctor I was sick of my right elbow for 6 1/2 years it's was completely damaged and she made me a surgery last year she removed more than 20 fragments of bones from my elbow,???

Dr Panchel Took on my my difficult wrist and arm surgery case when 7 other doctors would not take it on. It was a very difficult long surgery. She was very professional and respectful and answered all of the questions that I had, her nurse Diana is also very friendly and helpful. The surgery went very well and I am very pleased with the outcome thus far. I would recommend if anybody needs a specialty surgeon in the hand wrist or arm area she should be the doctor to seek out

Dr. S. Panchal and her staff take the time to review, test and document all the medical issues that you may have. They will sit with you to provide a road map of what needs to be done to correct those issues in a timely fashion.
Once a decision is made on the course of action that is need, it's implemented quickly so to start the road to recovery.
Once the medical procedure has been completed, you can expect carring and quality follow ups care.
It's very important that you have quick access to you Doctor for questions and Dr. S. Panchal and staff provide just that.

She is amazing, and the wrists are doing great.
Her P.A. and her head nurse are very good, they are professional and a pleasure to see.

I'm posting this for my brother Allen Keeger. He was very happy with the way everyone treated him. His broken wrist healed up nicely with no complications. Dr Panchal has fixed his wrist and 5 years ago she fixed his elbow.

Dr. Panchal did my husband's carpal tunnel surgery today and was wonderful. I had a follow-up question after returned home and was instantly connected with her nurse at Illinois Bone and Joint. Dr. Panchal and her team at IBJ have been so thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone I love!

In addition, special thanks to Effie Gibson, OTR/L from IBJI Physical and Occupational Therapy in Lake Barrington. She did an awesome job, helped me to regain almost 100% mobility and restore my hand wrist strength after just 3 months of OT therapy. Greatly appreciated.

Team was great thru the process. They are able to expedite waiting times by their ability to X-ray on site. Overall care was great. Hope to not have to see them again anytime soon (lol!) but would use them again if needed in the future.

The office staff is friendly and efficient. Same for Dr Panchal’s nurse. I really like Dr Panchal. She was hands-on and thorough. And we have a plan for my care. I believe I am in good hands with Dr Panchal.
