i am lost for words when it comes to working with this company

Greg was absolutely the greatest to work with.

I went online to sign up for an appointment and with in an hour Greg had gotten ahold of me and set up a time that worked for my schedule.

not only did he show up and he was there 10 minutes early.
He listen to what i wanted and what my concerns where and addressed them all.

The best part of the initial consult was the fact that he has his vehicle packed full of samples so i was able to see what i like and choose on that day.

When it came time do the actual project, they showed up on time worked diligently through the whole project and left me with floors that i don't think i will ever get tired of.

10/10 would recommend Greg and his team for your floor project.

I was very pleased with the work that Floor Coverings International did for us. Their workers arrived right on time and had the job done within two hours. Very professional and I would highly recommend them for all your floor covering needs.

They were on time and did a great job. I love my choice and all the extra they did on trim was more than I expected. My only problem was the clean up of saw dust it was everywhere and their vac needs some extensions and brushes to help them. There are some cut outs around door trim that are exposed and I did not think about that. Greg was wonderful to work with and he did a great job of communicating with crew. Thank you again.

Greg was very easy and pleasant to work with on the work needed for my project. The estimate for the the job was at a fair price and the crew that did the the work were very professional and did a great job. Gregs wife also great in keeping me informed in scheduling of the project. Great folks.

I had a previous poor customer service experience with another company. After a search, Greg and Tracy blew all other quotes and teams out of the water with their professionalism, customer service and quality products. I appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to work with me to give me my vision. I had the team do a new fireplace tile, carpet in 2 rooms and laminate floors and they all turned out fantastic! They made me feel like they wanted my business and that matters to me.

“Had never heard of them before. I kind of clicked on their link by accident. I no more had entered my phone number and I had a phone call to set up the estimate appointment. But I think what really got me to agree to an appointment was he was going to bring us samples to look at and we didn't have to run from store to store looking. He emailed me the day of the appt to confirm and was right on time. Very nice and very knowledgeable. He measured everything, answered all our questions and then he went an came in with samples. Wow that was awesome. What a way to shop! We finally picked out one we liked and then asked questions about the financing, etc. Again he was so helpful when it came to answering those questions. I got this company from home advisor. From the 1st visit, l was impressed. Greg explained everything to me and educated me on my choice."very professional"! Communication, cost, punctuality and etc. I had to have someone at my home bc l could not be there. He was very impressed! I have shown the project to some. They loved my new floors. Several more people are eager to see them. I 💕 my floors! I highly recommend and will always work with this business.

The response time to my questions were answered very promptly. When an event was to happen on a specific day and time it happened and I was also given a heads up before each appointment. At the time of the install, the installer detected a flaw in the backing and refused to install without a correction. The correction meant getting a different piece of carpet and that was done promptly with special attention to dye lot, etc. I highly recommend
the entire staff and the the installation crew. Next time I need flooring it will only take one call !!!

Good communication, worked around our schedule, good quick work.
