Found a truck online that my wife and I fell in love with. Made the trip from Missouri to pick it up. They were completely honest and transparent through the entire deal. Made the transaction super fast and simple. Once we left I made it about 200 miles and the truck had a major death wobble. The dealership was sure to make sure I made it home safe and to let them know what needed to be done once I got it to a shop. Within the first week while waiting on my appointment at the shop my water pump started leaking. When I called them with what all was found that needed fixed they paid to have it all fixed. Labor and parts. Honest stand up guys that I would gladly to business with again and highly recommend to anyone in the market for a pickup!

I just bought my rubicon from auto villa and i love it. I have to say that if you're looking to buy a jeep or truck go there you won't regret it. Aside from the custom inventory they have the customer service is on point they are really nice and respond fast. Steve helped me and he was very helpful with everything and knowledgeable about what I was purchasing. Aside from the computer system being down which you can't control. Just put money down on my first ever car loan, Carlos had the best customer service and made us feel comfortable and above all, made us feel that we were being understood of what we wanted. I won’t lie and my credit is not the best and we knew that we would have slim chances of getting the truck we wanted. But Auto Villa made it possible and we came out with the truck we wanted. I have to say buying my Jeep from AutoVilla was the best car buying experience I ever had and I love my Jeep. I live in Massachucetts and I chose to buy my Jeep here because of my sisters recommendation & the fact they have their Jeeps customized by FRC, Fox River Customs. I broke a component to my soft-top while in Illinois visiting family and the owner provided parts I needed fixed my problem with the FRC team. I will forever be grateful and a loyal customer to both AutoVilla & FRC.

I heard about Auto Villa from a buddy of mine who had been going to them for years. He said that the owner, a guy named Dave, was an honest man. I needed a new truck and decided to take my buddy's advice and check out Auto Villa. When I got there, I asked to speak with Dave. I didn't tell him that my buddy had referred me, because I wanted to see for myself how they would handle what would look like a random guy wanting to trade in his old truck and buy a new one. Turned out my buddy was right. Dave really is an honest man. He didn't push me, try to point me in a direction I wouldn't be able to afford, or give me a sales pitch. Just straight, honest, and to the point on everything. Dave gave me a more than fair trade on my old truck and found me the best financing option for the remainder I needed in order to get a new one. After walking me through the process and making sure the RAM I wanted was the upgrade I needed and could afford, he made sure I also ran the numbers as well. He said it was "more important that I be 100% on every aspect of my decision, and not just make an impulse buy, than to just sell a truck." When he looked me in the eye and said that, I've got to say, it really surprised me to hear those words at a dealership. espessially coming from the owner. Every vehicle I have bought in the past, I always got slathered with the whole, "This is the perfect car for you, Nobody would give you the price on this truck like we are, This is the best, You look so good behind the wheel", kind of sales pitch. Going from those past experiences, to suddenly having the guy who's supposed to accept my money and sell me a truck, stop, look me in the eye, and ask me to make sure I have double and triple checked that the choice I want to make is the right one for me. That was pretty shocking and said a lot about the level of honesty Dave has decided to put first when it comes to how he handles his business. Now I have the new truck I needed, know an honest dealership exists, and may start taking my buddy's advice on things in the future. All that said, Dave, thanks for being an honest man and treating me respectfully. The fact that you wanted to make sure I was doing what was in my best interest instead of trying to push me to spend money like every other dealership out there... Much appreciated, and I'll be passing on the word to everyone I know. Dave, you and your whole team at Auto Villa are the best. I'll be seeing you the next time I need or want to buy a vehicle.

The best experience we have EVER had at a dealership. Everyone at Auto Villa Custom Trucks were extremely helpful, honest, friendly & they truly, went above and beyond. Carlos was the main salesman that my husband, Jeff dealt with when purchasing his new RAM truck & he was AWESOME! Carlos was very helpful, friendly, patient & not pushy at all. No one will believe an honest dealership can exist until they experience it for themselves. My wife heard about a gentalman who owns car dealership called Auto Villa in McHenry Illinois. She was informed about him from one of the women in her book club. My wife's friend said his name was Mr. Dave Neilson and that he had always treated their family right. At my age I have dealt with plenty a snake oil salesman. I was very skeptical to say the least. But my wife and I needed to get a new and safer car to drive, so I agreed to go with her and speak with this Mr. Dave Neilson at Auto Villa and see for myself. I was very surprised at the professional and respectful way we were treated. Mr. Dave Neilson has a firm handshake. He made eye contact while speaking and was honest with his words. In all the years I have been alive on this green earth, I have seldom come across a man from the younger generation who has that ability. Having worked as a mechanic for FORD many years ago when I was a young man, I know a thing or two about cars. Mr. Dave Neilson was patient and polite. My wife picked the car she liked and I gave it a good look over. Mr. Dave Neilson allowed me to take my time and check it from bumper to bumper. Once I had decided that the car was solid and everything we had been told was true, Mr. Dave Neilson walked us through the purchase process carefully and saw to it that every step was explained and understood. Now my wife is happy and I can say that for the first time I have met an honest vehicle salesman. Thank you Mr. Dave Neilson for being an upright, honest, and respectful man.
