Great little grocery store, GREAT MEATS, and hands down the BEST HOMEMADE TAMALES EVER! The tamales are only available on Weekends, but are better than ANY Mexican Restaurant in the county!

Love the oldies music in this grocery store! They also have a very good hot and ready food selection along with yummy desserts!

All the employees are always so friendly And helpful. Their fried fresh chicken is pretty good. Thanks Angelos

Deli and kitchen are spot on… especially the Italian beef, sausage, and fried chicken. Old school grocery store with good staff and awesome selection…. Please NEVER close!

Try the Italian beef sandwiches, freshly made with mozzarella, peppers and gardenier $5.50 , crazy price and sooo good.

We just catered our sandwiches and Chicken tenders from Angelo's in McHenry and everything was excellent. All of our guests ate and were complimenting the food all day long. Thank you Angelos!

At least twice a month I place a catering order for my church. My order is always correct and ready on time.
When I order from Angelo’s in McHenry, I know that I will always get quality well-made delicious food. Here are a few of our top favorites.(that you should try)
✔Bite-size Italian sausage, and peppers.
✔Fried chicken or Greek roasted chicken(the seasoning on the Greek chicken is so good)
✔Sub sandwiches, both the American and the Italian ones.
✔Angelo’s homemade Italian beef.
✔Eggplant Parmesan
Angelo is very accommodating and helpful in knowing how much is needed to feed a crowd.
Thank you to the hard-working folks in the kitchen at Angelo’s in McHenry. I don’t know what I would do without you.

I wish there was an Angelo's where I live. I love this market! Great prices for quality foods. Fantastic deli, bread selection, the store-made take-out food & bakery is AWESOME - American, Italian & Mexican favorites that are delicious. The employees are always friendly and helpful as well - great service. I grew up in the area but live out of state and visit a few times a year. When I do, I bring coolers and shop on my way home to indulge and also stock up on items I cannot find where I live. Highly recommend!

Best italian beef's in town for 5 bucks

I'd never been in Angelo's before the fruit and vegetable selection was great, there was a good variety of house staples available here and quite a few items were cheaper than the local Walmart and meijer will absolutely be back here for groceries. They has a nice selection of meat at the back of the store and in house cookie selection too. I noticed they had some nice baked goods very similar to what meijer and jewel osco carry but for a cheaper price like Orange Crush cake and others (which looked amazing btw photo when I go back to get one!) 😉 absolutely returning here if you haven't stopped in before certainly worth stopping by I was very surprised and pleased with the prices here compared to other local grocery stores in the area!

Great deli and hot foot service counter too. As well as all of your grocery store needs. I've always see and received great options for their fresh meat selection (for grilling steaks, chicken, pork and roasts for cooking stews too) Their hot Italian beefs (in my opinion) are the best in town. 😊👍👍💓💫📈🙏

ANGELO'S TO THE RESCUE. Since Joseph's Market closed I have been unable to find the 27 oz cans of LaPreferda Chopped or Whole Green Chillies. I asked if Angelo's could order it and they did. Please support this line and size can. If you are a TRUE GREEN CHILLIE ADDICT get your fix at Angela's.
