Workers are very helpful! I forgot her name but she was at the register and helped me find face primer and setting spray for my birthday trip! Very kind. Got my eyebrows done by lily and they look amazing also a very kind woman!

Best experience for getting foundation matched I've ever had!

Since it was a Saturday, it was busy. One of did the associates offered to help us. . She stayed with is until we made a decision on several products. There were2 of us and she was very professional, knew the products we could try out. The nice if you are not 100% happy with the product you can return (keep receipt of course) within a certain # of days.

I received a damaged order and went to the store to have it replaced. Kylie helped me find the items and replaced them for me. I then wanted to match makeup to some I had previously purchased. She helped me find a shade that was a better match and and a new blush.

I follow Tabitha Brown so when heard her products would be at Ulta Beauty I ran there ( drove ) I cleared the shelves with her Donna’s Recipe Sweet Potato Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Curly Cream and Oil ! All the employees at this location are very friendly!

I shop here for various simple things from time to time, when I want more specific options. I've always found employees to be helpful and have good product suggestions for my needs. I had to return a product over the weekend and it was completed in less than a minute, hassle free. All I had to do was show the E receipt, let them know reason for return, and done.

Just wanted to thank Cameron for taking the time to help me find the best concealer for me. I suffer from dark circles and couldn’t find right concealer for my situation,Yes Tarte is the best hands down I’m so happy!

Luci is amazing at her profession in the brow bar area, not to mention very knowledgeable about other items in the Bloomington, Illinois, ULTA store. I am very picky, and she is fixing my brow shape, great at tinting and, even recommended a satin pillow case to tame my left brow. Highly recommend Luci if you want nice brows and a personable experience.

I absolutely love this store and staff, one employee in particular just lights our bloomington store up, Carly H. She was so helpful in finding products specifically for MY needs, and I love everything she picked out for me. She always has a smile and so eager to help. She will be my go to girl from now... I buy all my hair products, and makeup at Ulta. They have a great selection, and are always having sales. Don't forget, you can always use their online coupons towards your purchase. Saved me 20% on one item.

Very helpful staff. Great selection! Look for the special discounted items near the checkout aisle.

I have high standards, The employees greeted me upon arriving also Catherine went above and beyond to help me with all my products I purchased today.
I had an idea what I wanted, but I was not sure the products were right for my complicated skin. Catherine explained why I definitely need the products I already researched also introduced me to a few others. The way Catherine was extremely knowledgable and personable I was sold! Also the way I was greeted by the ladys upon entering the store it was all around a Great Experience. Look if you want to be your best in this fast past life you need to look your best. I highly suggest to go shop at Ulta in Bloomingdale.

I just follow my lady around when she comes here.. Ill use the restroom which is clean and smells alright.. Then I wonder off to the cologne and smell a few spray one on me if I like it. Then find my wife and start complaining and start telling her lets go now... You know man stuff

I walked in looking for foundation and an eyeliner brush. I wasn't really sure where to look but was helped by an employee named Amanda. She color matched me and and thoroughly explained everything I was asking about. I'm really grateful to have had such a kind and knowledgeable person helping me out! Definitely will be going back again.

Katie was great help, looking for creams for my dad since he needs special lotion for his condition. Katie was knowledgeable and a great listener. Thank you gals

The line was exceptionally long (Saturday during holiday season) and the wrap arou d was poorly placed, as customers seeking out Morphe brand had to squeeze past a crowded line between shelving. But the employees did their best to keep the line moving, which was helpful.

It was ok but I couldn't see my beard very well after they smeared stuff on my face. LoL.

Placed an order online for a gift and the store quickly got it ready for pickup. Extremely smooth transaction, highly recommend!
