Mandy Reed and her staff are incredible! Home town feel and AMAZING service! You call..they answer..yes, actually a human on the other end of the line. They are great people. Don't waste your money on insurance companies that don't care about you..these people honestly care about you. Best part is I'm paying about the same as my old nightmare of an insurance company. In the Fall of '23, one of my daughters spoke of how her insurance agent was dismissive and less than helpful. So, knowing Mandy, I told my daughter to see what Mandy could do for her. Then soon after, my youngest daughter had problems with her insurance company to get a tow truck. We got it figured out...without that company's assistance...and within days she, too, was reaching out to Mandy. We were talking about those experiences last night, and both girls are thrilled to have found Mandy. Actually, they are amazed at how helpful a really good agent can be! (And saving money with more coverage is amazing, too!) That's Mandy!

Mandy is absolutely amazing. I heard her advertisement on the radio, so I called to get some info. She was super helpful and gave me a quote. As I waited a few days to decide what to do she sent me numerous texts. No agent has ever done this. In that short amount of time the rate had actually dropped. Full disclosure. I have a new truck, a camper, and an antique car and she got me a 150k in life insurance. Plus all of my vehicles were quoted by her for more insurance then I had on my previous policy. Then with her policy I'm paying only 230 a month TOTAL...So of course I switched. Mandy is no longer just an agent she's a friend. Her customer service is unbelievable. Thanks Mandy.

The Reed team is very pro-active with the management of our 15+ policies (they have recommended changes that have provided cost-savings and but also uncovered areas where we may have been under-insured). Response times are nearly instantaneous (especially via text message). They entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend visiting their kid and pet friendly office and give them a chance to win your business.
