2 weeks now and still waiting for a part I ordered.

I cannot check the status online. No one from the company has returned my email. The number provided for the company has a voice mailbox that is full. I guess my only option is to wait until the end of the week and then notify PayPal.

Commercial Vacuum Service has terrible customer service. After three weeks they have never shipped my order. I emailed twice to find the status and finally went to Home Depot to purchase the products. Now they refuse to refund my charges even though they have not shipped my purchase. I will have to pursue a CC charge back.
