Janet was great at navigating some different priorities from my husband and me; being flexible in her availability to help us look at homes; and sharing her extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods, builders, and more. She was also very good at sharing her observations as we went through homes, as sometimes she picked up on things we didn’t notice or see. From the seller side, she went the extra mile in getting great photos of our home, marketing it among the realtor group, and helping us find the right buyer. Definitely recommend working with her!!

So my boyfriend and I had been browsing around for houses just to see what was out there. I came across Janet’s website and signed up for emails! Have you ever worked with someone who knew what you wanted before you did? That’s what Janet has done for us! There are hundreds of realtors in our town, but we will always choose to work with Janet! She is knowledgeable, resourceful, and responsive! No matter which price point, style, or neighborhood - she is the best! She always finds the perfect place for her customers - and in this market she makes it happen! In our most recent purchase, Janet worked miracles so we could get our dream home. we’ve purchased 3 and sold 2 with Janet. She wisely knew to do a walk through the night before closing on this house. As we did the walk through, I was in tears at the disgusting conditions the seller left our soon-to-be home. Including pet excrement all over the floors, meat juice in the fridge, filthy walls, dust and dirt everywhere, and multiple personal items left throughout the house. Janet immediately got in contact with the selling agent to try to rectify the situation. That agent couldn’t even take the time to come look at the filth and unsanitary conditions of the home. The selling agent was awful, dismissive and too lazy to do the basics of her job. Thank goodness Janet had connections so we were able to get the carpets and house sanitized before we moved in the next day! She even was able to negotiate money from the sellers to offset that cost so we were able to close on time. She always sees our vision and matches us with exactly what we want. I highly recommend her!
