I’ve known Monica for years and had the pleasure of working with her in 2018 for the purchase of our home. She walked us through the entire first-time home buying process with ease and helped us feel informed and confident with our decisions. Bloomington-Normal is fortunate to have Monica and her team!

Monica was my realtor when I purchased my IL home in 2016 and most recently when I sold it this August 2022. I wanted to put it up to sell before I moved out-of-state, which gave us 4 weeks, and she was quick to roll with it, she came over quickly to look around and advise on how to prepare, and was responsive to my texts after that which helped me know what to spend money on and what not to in order to prep the house. She had her photographer scheduled and photos/listing ready on time and with time for me to review beforehand. Her team sent short videos that gave great overviews for me (first time seller) on what to expect including: how to prepare, a checklist for after the house sold, and reminders for things like where to put keys and when to stop utilities. Monica sent me options for different price points we could list the house at based on how much risk I was comfortable with and gave her advice with confidence. I went went her advice and ended up accepting an offer OVER asking, less than a day after listing! It was surreal how quickly the house sold, and it's in large part to how her team prepared (and in part due to being a seller's market). In the process afterward, there was an unexpected find in the inspection process, and Monica continued to communicate to help me resolve this. Since I was in another state, she was proactive in working to get estimates, and was responsive to my request for a quote from a specific vendor. She was empathetic to the frustration/surprise of this additional challenge and in constant communication which helped me feel supported. When I wanted to be firm in negotiations of the resolution, she was. It was a great peace of mind knowing I had her and her team there. Overall, great experience.

Monica and her team were awesome to work with. They worked quick to get us showings for houses in this crazy market helping us secure our beautiful home now. Monica was great! I knew nothing about buying a house going in, but Monica explained everything and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. She was very patient, quickly answered any questions I had, and helped me understand what I was looking for in a house. After the offer was accepted, she kept me up-to-date on the status of all the inspections and deadlines. And everyone she recommended turned out to be really great, too!

Monica made the home buying process very easy during quite a hectic period. Monica's great personality made working with her a breeze. We were very comfortable with her and had a wonderful selling experience. She got right on it when we were ready to sell. Set up a photo shoot and video that helped bring interest to our house. Gave us an introductory schedule / meeting that talked about her process and answered all our questions. We were originally going to buy in town before our plans changed so she listened to our preferences in a house as well. She took us to look at many houses in town that interested us. She was very responsive. We would absolutely use her again and recommend her to everyone we know! She ended up selling our house before it even listed. We had a great experience!
