It was a while back that I had work done on my car at Bob Zook's but I have nothing but positive things to say. To take it back to what all was done. My couple month old GTI had a run in with a deer that did some pretty significant damage to the passenger side. I was pretty upset and worried about finding a body shop that could match the cornflower blue color. My brother recommended me to Bob Zook's because, he had work done on his mustang that turned out flawlessly. Armed with that knowledge, I took my gti up there where I met Bryan. To say he has an eye for detail would be an understatement. He went over my car and even found things my insurance missed. Throughout the whole process Bryan and his team were great at keeping my updated with a timeline for parts and where they were with my car. This happened during covid times, so getting parts was a struggle. The final product of all their work is simply stunning. I can't tell that it was ever even in an accident. I can't thank them enough. So, if you need work done on your car, I highly recommend these guys!

Can't say enough good things about Bryan and his team. From the second we showed up unannounced with our vehicle to the time we were leaving with our repaired vehicle, the communication and professionalism were unmatched. I would strongly recommend Bob Zook Autobody for repairs post accident.

I got into a fender bender in my family's brand new minivan a couple months after we got it (February 2020). It wasn't a huge accident, but the entire back of the car needed to be replaced. Bob Zook was so quick to get us in and get us our car back (we needed all the space we could get for our car seats.) The service, communication and experience was a 10/10.

Fast forward about two years later, and we noticed the "Odyssey" emblem was missing from the hatch. I just assumed they forgot to put it back on when they fixed the back of the van. I really didn't pay much attention to it, but I asked about replacing it at the dealership and it was going to cost a ridiculous amount of money for a silver emblem. I called Bob Zook, explained that they serviced my vehicle a couple years prior, and without hesitation, he ordered the part and asked me to come in any time to get it replaced. I thanked him up and down, and in turn, he thanked ME for bringing it to their attention. He said if they forgot to put it back on, it was their responsibility to replace it. The entire process took 15 minutes out of my day.

I am blown away by the customer service provided. They could have easily written us off, but instead went above and beyond to get something small fixed for us. The owner himself took my car to the back and drove it out front when it was finished. I'm very impressed and they've earned a customer for life.

Had damage to my Toyota RAV4 when a car/truck pulled in/out next to me and did not leave info. Large deep scratch/dent and damage to fender, gas tank opener lid and fender wheel opening protector. Special paint. Took it here and wow was I amazed at the result. It looks like new again. Debbie at the front desk was super nice. Bryan was incredible. He took photos and completely managed EVERYTHING with my insurance company. Fantastic!

I can’t speak to their work, but customer service was top notch! I contacted them online about a brake issue with my vehicle and they responded within 30 minutes. Came in with my car shortly after and they confirmed the issue while I waited (5 min or less). They charged me nothing

They explained I would need to take it to a dealership who was authorized to repair it. If I had it repaired at their shop, I would pay and have to fight Chrysler to get it reimbursed. When I couldn’t get an appointment in town, they gave me some names of authorized shops nearby.

I sincerely appreciate Bob Zook’s looking at my car, providing advice to keep my family safe, and steering me to a place who could fix my car under warranty.

I have done business with Bryan at Bob Zook Auto Body Inc. for many years. He has an awesome crew who are friendly, professional and perfectionists. Debbie, the office manager, is always a pleasure to deal with. I can't imagine having a better experience anywhere!

He was so helpful and worked closely with us to make sure that the car was properly fixed and that their insurance company covered everything. I don't know what we would have done without him!

I went to Bob Zook after hitting a deer and the whole staff treated me like family. Not only did Bryan contact me personally to make sure I get on their schedule but he walked me through everything, every step of the way. I only expected them to fix the damaged but as an added bonus they even detailed my car! Highly recommend!!

Bryan, Debbie and the whole staff were nothing short of great to work with! From the time I contacted them for an estimate to the completion of my vehicle I was kept in the loop! Bryan was very upfront about the time it would take to get the necessary parts in due to the delays we are currently experiencing. I was able to remain in my car until all parts were in and they completed the job at one time. The team was able to get me back on the road quicker than originally estimated, too! Overall, I had the best experience with BZAB and will use them for any future needs!

Going to body shops in my experience has tended to be something I look forward to like going to the dentist. I recently had to have a repair completed on my VW, and chose Bob Zook. I cannot speak highly enough about their level of care and professionalism. Bryan presented options, walked me through the entire process in a way that made me feel like questions were welcome. I've heard that VW owners have a reputation for being...challenging, I got none of this from the Bob Zook team. When picking up the car I was thoroughly impressed by the repair, the over detailing the team completed, could not be happier in any respect. I plan to take my car to them for an annual detailing from here on out. Great experience!

My Dodge Dart got hit in a parking lot and needed a replacement bumper. Everyone at Bob Zook was extremely friendly and Bryan took the time to explain to me the process of getting my car fixed. The price was fair and I got my car back with it looking better than it did before it was hit. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality body shop that cares about doing things right.

My co-worker won't take his vehicle any where else for body repairs and now I see why. Brian and his team were great to work with. My vehicle had significant damage from an accident and as a claimant, I was very impressed how Brian worked with me even when the insurance company gave several curve balls. Brian worked hard to get original toyota parts on my vehicle and will fight for you to ensure you have the very best.

Not only did they get me in right away, but they took the time to sit me down, let me know what the process was going to be like. From the Insurance and how to file it - to fixing the car - to the car rental. I got my car back today (2 days early) and can not believe how great it looks. It was super easy that I went through Hertz for my car rental. I was able to just leave my rental car at their facility and take mine home with me. They took care of EVERYTHING. My car was cleaner than the way I left it with them. They detailed the inside AND outside of my car. It looks amazing. I mean they even shined my tires. WOW. I cannot even tell anything happened to it. I can tell they took their time as well as know their stuff!! I felt important and valued to say the least!! I HIGHLY recommend Bob Zook Auto Body if you have any work to be done!

Side Note: Their facility is BEAUTIFUL. Everything is new and like a high end shop. Everything was very clean. Impressed! Great job!!!

Love Bob Zook! Have used them for over 10 years for body work and they now have a mechanic & detailing. All car work in one spot! Reasonable price, very honest, and quick. Can’t recommend enough.

I've had experience with them for years, both professionally and personally, and besides the quality of their work, they're just good people.

They don't just do body work either. My car is getting new brakes there now. All of their work is high quality, and I think everyone should make them their choice.

My car was taken here after being totaled in an accident, and they were PHENOMENAL to work with! Everyone I encountered went above and beyond to be helpful, and they made sure I knew my rights to the car while our insurance reviewed the damage. Great people, great place!

Called Zook's last week to get a quote on some mechanical work for my Jeep. Spoke with Jake. He was familiar with the process of how to repair my differential bushings. Jake was able to explain the best case scenario and the worst case scenario before I even dropped off the Jeep. He said if things started to go towards the worst case he would call and review before continuing. Jake gave his labor rates and estimate of what it would cost if I purchased my own parts. He called early today and said it was good to go and all went smooth and it ended up being best of the best case scenario. For those that like to know exactly what you're getting into, the steps involved, and the best and worst case scenario and cost before taking a car in for repairs I would highly recommend giving Zook's a call.
