First time using this shop. They did an awesome job on my BMW 540i. Looks like factory paint - I can't tell a difference. They also buffed out some scratches on my wheels for no extra charge and wasn't part of the insurance claim. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and all done in 5 business days. Also handled the rental car setup and return, which made it super easy for me. I highly recommend Mike's Collision Center.

From start to finish, the communication was excellent, regardless of the medium (phone, email, or in person). Everyone I talked to was very courteous. I received updates without even asking. The work was done quickly, and I received the car vacuumed and in great condition. They also took care of the car rental return.

My car hit a deer and caused front end damage, I made a claim and seen this shop had really good reviews. They have been nothing but great from start to finish super friendly, time efficient and amazing work!! I highly recommend them and if I have to use a collision place again I’d pick them. I attached some before and after photos. Also my paint color isn’t a regular color so for them to be able to match it perfectly so quickly was a big plus!!

Mike’s Collision was phenomenal. Everything was super fast and I felt confident in both the repairs being done and in the way they handled the insurance. I’ve never dealt with a repair like this but they made every step easy. Hopefully I won’t ever need to come back, but if I do have to deal with another accident this is where I’ll come.

Top shelf business. Repairs completed in half the estimated time. The paint match was perfect. They even buffed white paint off a door handle gratis. When they finished the job the car's interior and exterior was cleaned. Additionally they contacted and arranged a loaner from Enterprise. Joel, Mike and Mary were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!.

Great experience with Mike’s fixing the hail damage on my Tesla. They were prompt, helpful and did an amazing job. You would never even be able to tell the damage happened! The staff at Mikes were also very accommodating with my work schedule, allowing me to pick up and drop off after hours. Will recommend to all Tesla owners in my area!

Joel provided a quote very fast. Scheduling was easy and painless. They had my Ford Escape for some extensive body damage repair. They completed it faster than anticipated.
