I recently bought a 2018 Forester from Auto House of Bloomington. I had a wonderful experience all around! Cliff was wonderful to work with. After bringing it home I noticed an issue with the A/C. I got the issue fixed at my local Subaru dealer and Auto House sent a check covering the cost of the repair (note it was not a major issue, just a relay needed to be replaced). JP was so great addressing this problem and making sure we were taken care of! I will recommend this place to everyone, a great dealership with a ton of options and they stand behind their cars!

My brother bought a 2013 Chevy impala from Jerry depaz. And he was given excellent service. There wasn't issue with the car 2 days after my brother got at home. But Jerry said they take care of their customers and want to make sure their customers are happy with their purchase. So he did make sure that the car did get fixed. And he even gave my brother a loner to drive until it was fixed because it took several weeks to get the parts ordered for it. We were very happy with the customer service that Jerry gave us. I would highly recommend them.

Wow, what a Great Place! I went looking for a new car on Wednesday. I loved walking around and looking at all the cars and trucks, and it was even Better as I didn't have anyone come out like at past dealerships to try and push a vehicle or give their opinion on what they think I should get! I found my car and then I went in and talked to the person and I took her out for a drive, and I picked her up and brought her Home today! If I ever need another car again I will be going back to Auto House of Bloomington to get it! The staff are very Nice and Friendly and very Helpful and Courteous! The 2012 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro Premium Plus is a fantastic vehicle that combines luxury, performance, and safety into one sleek package. I recently bought this automobile from Auto House of Bloomington and was very pleased with its knowledgeable staff, affordable pricing, and excellent customer service.

This was my first time buying a car and Cliff made it a great and easy experience! It was an easy breezy process from start to finish, and everything was explained thoroughly. I called and the same day was able to come in, test drive a few I was considering, and finalize the sale! My nerves were eased and I am SUPER excited and happy with my “new” (used) car!

Jerry and all the folks at Auto House are friendly and so kind. We were so impressed with the inventory and how clean every car is and even the facilities. They are by far the best used car dealer in Illinois. They are fair and all the pictures of cars are of the actual car, this alone is far more than any dealership in central Illinois. Cliff made the purchase process so simple…we were in and out of there in no time with ZERO pressure. When I purchased the vehicle, the stereo wasn’t working, and they were waiting on a replacement. I opted to leave without it and bring it back another time to get it worked on. Andrew was SO great about communicating and working with my schedule to replace the stereo. They even came to my work to get it and deliver it back to me! The whole team, including JP, was friendly and committed to making sure all issues were resolved.

I’ve bought vehicles from other places before and never had that level of true customer service. I will buy my next vehicle from them and recommend the Auto House of Bloomington to others.
