Been going here for several years. They always did a nice job cutting my hair. Normally, I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for their lack of customer service at my last appt.. I was accused for being 15 min late when I wasn't. I arrived on time and I verified my notes when I got back home. I always write the time down while on the phone and confirm it with the scheduler. But, they kept harping on me while I was there telling me it would affect the next appt..etc.. Heck, I even arrived early sitting out in my car. She saw me out front too and could have knocked on my car window but didn't. They never even considered that the scheduler could have wrote the wrong time down but automatically blame the customer. BTW, she was done with my hair by the time of her next customer but lost one.
