Jeremy is the best mechanic. He's trust worthy and honest. He does great work. Great pricing. He's very respectful and never talks down to me as a woman. Over the years, he's taught me to be responsible for our vehicles and that I don't need to rely on my husband, therefore making me independent as a woman for this type of care that's out of my normal wheelhouse. Jeremy has a huge heart to help people. He truly goes above and beyond. He teaches me something every time I go in. He always has something interesting to say. The office kitties are a plus too.

this business is truly amazing. theyve ALWAYS helped me with car emergencies. always a better price compared to other mechanics, very trustworthy, and good time management. I trust Tessendorf with my car always! he always tells me exactly what was wrong with the car and what he had to do to repair it. I once went to CarX and they told me my entire exhaust pipe needed replaced and it was really expensive, i left there and came to Tessendorfs and it ended up being a rusted bolt that needed replaced. He fixed it in 30min or less right in front of me for like $40. Truly fantastic work and definitely recommend!!

Jeremy and his crew has went above and beyond on repairs I have taken to other shops just to get told some rediculous amount to “maybe” fix it. Jeremy is fair, quick, and very knowledgeable in repairs. Won’t go anywhere else!

I want to genuinely thank the owner of Tessendorf. My son moved to Illinois for a better job opportunity he doesn't know anyone here. He tried calling several mechanics to simply look at his car & the mechanics were giving crazy quotes just to look at the car NO WORK just a look. Then they said they were booked out I myself called Tessendorf & explained the situation he said I am open send your son now & I will look at free of charge. He ended up having a bigger issue but this mechanic had his car up & running in under 24hrs his price was good and work was great Thank you again for helping when I couldn't be there and I would recommend him to anyone

Jeremy is one of the nicest guys I know. My mother asked him about my car issues and what not, Jeremy told my mother to send me right over and wouldn’t charge a penny. He cleared his schedule for me and checked it out asap. Would highly recommend you going over to him, he’s one of the most honest guys I know. I’m not from Bloomington and I’m glad I came to him first. I’d be taking my car to him from here on out!!

Fantastically helpful and honest. My wife and daughter were making a cross country trip when they had car trouble (related to a sensor). I called numerous (probably 15) dealerships and other car repair places. This was the only one that could see them immediately and had them on their way, at a very fair price, in 30 minutes or less. We were blessed to find him.

Wow this guy is so genuine and honest. We pulled up, he immediately saw the issue, and he had us on our way within 10 minutes. He didn’t up charge us at all. Highly recommend going there. We were so happy with the honest service he provided for us. Our van is back on the road and we haven’t had an issue since.

The gentleman at Tessendorf was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he know what was going on with my car but he was also cheaper than what the other repair shop quoted me. The old man at the "other shop" was grouchy, rude and didn't want to help me. I'm very happy with the service that I received at Tessendorf's & will definitely be going back if I need my car repaired.
