Fresh and from scratch! Try their bakery items and the long list of menu! I tried the berry crepes, hasbrown casserole, and biscuits and gravy for my first time there!

Very good fresh food ! Have tried it a few times now. The first time years ago I was not a fan but since we tried again and the food was very good and very fresh! Tried it a third time with my parents and the food was again very good and very fresh . They had no problems with special orders either. I love the country skillet without green peppers but add mushrooms. They use fresh green onions also. With scrambled eggs and white toast. I highly recommend giving it a try we all have been very happy with the Midwest breakfast company.thank you

Strip mall breakfast gem. Neat, tidy spot with delicious breakfast and very reasonable prices. Biscuit Gravy was perfectly seasoned. Hash Brown Casserole rivals a Name brand Chain. Eggs cooked perfectly to order. Hash browns crispy as ordered. Friendly, efficient staff.

Midwest Breakfast Co has been on our list to try for awhile, and it didn’t disappoint! We ordered the country fried steak & eggs and the two eggs any style with sausage links. They were nice enough to substitute a pancake for toast. Everything tasted great, and the hash brows were nice and crispy! It is a little smaller inside than we expected, but it didn’t feel cramped. All of the servers were excellent!

My favorite breakfast place in the whole world! These lovely people have been making my belly happy since 2011. Today we ordered carryout and the food was better than the breakfast I’ve had in Beverly Hills. Nothing compares to their skillets and parfaits. 😋

Great food with an amazing atmosphere! I had the meat lovers skillet with hash browns and toast. When you walk in you get to seat yourself, which can be good or bad but it wasn’t too busy and there as places to sit. The food came out very quickly and was hot, overall I will be coming here again.

This place does accept Apple Pay.

Wanted to try a breakfast place that was not one of my regular places in McHenry. I was not disappointed here. I ordered the country fried steak with two eggs, sunny side up. The 8 oz steak huge and tasty . The eggs were perfectly cooked. They had a nice selection of jams and jellies on the table. The toast came pre-buttered, but could have used some more butter. There was a small upcharge for my request of onions in the hash brown potatoes that was not mentioned by the server when I ordered..

Their coffee cups could be bigger, but my cup was never empty for more than a minute or two as my server or the owner or manager came by with a refill. I was drinking decaff and it took a few stopped regular refills for them to remember that.

I used to love the place and visited it weekly for many years. A while ago the owner and waiter stuff changed. I was there recently, and looks like they're still good.

The food here is excellent. The sausages were sligtly undercooked but the manager took them off my bill without hesitation. I wish there were more booths.

My wife and I like to try new places to eat and this was our first time dining here. It's very clean with a comfortable atmosphere. My wife had the butcher's block skillet substituting onions for ham. She said it was very good. She was very pleased that they had blackberry jelly as well. I had the roast beef panini with fries. It was very tasty. She had iced tea and I had a soda and our bill was less than $30. We will definitely be back!

Another great meal but the neighboring table was loud so it prevented us from talking.

I got the spinach and mushroom eggs benedict and they got the veggie skillet. We both enjoyed our food.

Phenominal food and staff are extraordinarily happy and helpful. The head chef is also the owner, so I assume that has a lot to do with the quality. Food is pretty cheap for the quality you receive.
