Clean store with a lot of variety. Good meats and deli.

I like them but their price feel like it is a little bit heavy

This has been my go to store for almost 15 years. Everything I've needed to do I've been able to do it here. Very great product and the produce is always fresh here. I would have to say that this store has a very great store manager. Not saying other ones don't. Just saying that the store in fox lake is clean, organized, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you just moved in the area I would recommend you come here for your shopping needs. You won't be sorry you did...

This Spring Grove location always seems to have what I need in stock. Their produce is fresh and there's a Starbucks coffee on site! The staff is friendly and the store is clean. They retrieve their carts often and the parking lot is clean as well. No immediate complaints about this store.

Clean store and during these unpresidented times that is so important. Everyone is always friendly and professional. I always feel welcomed. The employees at this store particularly go above and beyond to make our shopping experience at its best.

The manager is the best!!! We bought a bucket of chicken wings on Sat and they were not very good. I contacted Jewel and the manager not only called me to apologize, but brought us a new bucket of wings so we would have them in time for the Superbowl! This gentleman went above and beyond. We are so appreciative! Thank you so much!

Friendly, helpful staff. Jewel is one of my go-to places for groceries. Love the deals here. There are some clearance shelves at this location too, which has nice surprises from time to time. Don't forget to download their app for more deals and follow them on Fb for some free items from time to time. There's a Starbucks at this location as well as 2 redbox stations. Ad is previewed on Tuesday. Random freebies in app on Saturdays.

Mike in the meat department and the entire deli staff are the reason I come here. I sincerely hope they never get rid of the butcher shop. The prices are high store wide but the meat prices are fair for what you get.

Everyone at the deli is extremely helpful and sweet! I sometimes get there before they open and someone always helps me!!

Nice little store. Well stocked, clean, not crowded.
Tonight it was less well stocked, but then it's the end of the weekend, and I think covid and other world events are affecting supply as well. Still clean and not crowded.

Plenty of parking. Excellent variety of foods, bakery, deli, dairy etc. Very friendly employees and no waiting in lines very long.

Tricia at the service desk was SO rude! there were 6 people in each of 3 lines. She finally Opened register at the service desk, and snapped at me When I asked her if she was going to stay open. I had 3 female shoppers with me, of which I drove to that specific Jewel... We were all very offended... Next time I bring my carpool to a Jewel... it will be to the one in Volo. Thanks to Tricia, you've lost 3 shoppers, at least. I drive people to the grocery store all the time Because they cannot drive. Three times a week, At least I am there with different ladies.

I've never before reviewed a grocery... the chicken salad and rye bread from the deli were ridiculously delicious... like best ever. Would totally use this place on the regular if I lived closer!

Spring Grove jewel is my favorite Jewel around our area. It's always clean everyone is super nice there and everything is easy to find. Highly recommend the store

Such a hot day to shop except when walking in air conditioning lolo! Great employees. Forgot I had a case of water just asked one of the young employees doing carts. Such pleasant attitude and great manners!

Always friendly and ready to help you. Deli is awesome, takes care of the customers fast and very friendly. Some shelves short on things, freezer needed some tlc, but its superbowl sunday it's to be expected. I live in Wisconsin, and I only go to that jewel in Spring grove because I enjoy the atmosphere. Pass plenty in other parts of illinois but once I found this one, that's where I shop.

Easy access from Route 12 Highway and Spring Grove Road. Plenty of parking, fantastic selections, handicap access and motorized carts. Store does have public restrooms in the back corner of the store, if just walked into store on right hand side.
