I've been here three times now and there is always someone there to help me choose the right product for my fiance or mother that are quitting smoking. I wish they had a little better selection as well as coupons for their products. These devices, pods/coils, and also liquid/juice are expensive and add up fast. They have some sort of dumb point system connected to your phone number but I never get the texts that go along with it, so the only way I can find out if I have any points is when I check out if they tell me if I have points or not.

I made my very first stop in the McHenry location today and was greeted with the friendliest Hello by Megan (the manager). She was EXTREMELY professional and took time to really listen to me and my needs. She suggested a few products AND took the time to explain the details of every products features, details etc etc. Megan made me feel like I was the only person in the store.
I am BEYOND happy with my purchase selection and the service I received...

A vape shop with adult flavors. I checked out a lot of local vape shops and found Wise Guys. Rena is helpful and knowledgeable. They have the fruity tooty flavors but they also have grown up flavors. Rena recommended a butterscotch/ bourbon which is awesome. So nice to find a grown up vape shop. Customer service is great!

I absolutely love coming here! Meghan is always super helpful and so is Keegan. Very knowledgeable and always top notch service. I find myself sitting and chatting for a while with honest opinions on products and juice flavors. I never leave here without a smile and a sincere, genuinely amazing customer service experience. I won’t be going to any other shops!

So I have been going to this shop for about 6 months and I have many options here near Mchenry and by far this shop has the best customer service I have seen. Everyone that works there is always outgoing, pleasant and super helpful. Special shout out to Scotty he is always upbeat and always has great recommendations and advice. To the owners from a lifelong retail manager, keep this dude at all cost he builds loyalty..

Anyone who doesnt give this place 5 stars are literally those people that you can never make happy and complain because theyre a KAREN, because hands down, this place is the BEST! I'm not sure of her name, but she usually works during the week, is super knowledgable when it comes to the different vapes and products. I was buying POSHes and wanted to try a different avenue, however ive had some bad experience with vapes in the past. She recommended one to me, and that was over a year ago and that vape is still going strong. I ended up giving the first one i bought to my girlfriend and got one with a little more bells and whistles on it, but have nothing but good things to say. Skip the shops that overcharge or will sell you trash vapes or supplies, and COME HERE where they will take care of you.

Cheapest place around town hands down the best in McHenry

Being a novice to vaping I was worried about walking into a vape shop. Luckily the gentleman that helped me understand and helped me make decisions without taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. I used to use Posh vapes and felt horrible for disposing them in the garbage so I was looking for something less wasteful. Great service and pricing.

I would like to give a shout out to the young woman who was working Wednesday 12-16, in the afternoon. No one ever explained the difference between zero pods, mesh or the other. She explained the difference and I now know which I prefer..mesh! Thank you again young lady 😀

Friendly service holy cow! Checked to make sure my cartridge would fit the vaporizer and when it didn't looked up where I could find the right one. I wish I could've purchased something from them for being so helpful!

Great blends of house juices. I come here because the products are affordable priced and it's one of the only shops where I can find great tasting 50/50 blends of e juice.

Friendly staff always have been helpful and kind to me. Very knowledgeable and I don't get my fluids or anything else I need from anyone else because of how kind the staff are to me.
