Helpful staff, clean, courteous, and while I didn't find what I was looking for in store today Home Depot allows you to place custom orders online should you not find the perfect fit for the project at hand.

We needed complete flat roof materials. They had everything in one trip. Nice clean store , nice people easy trip

Even late at night they are willing to help you. Had what we needed at a fair price

If you ae into building and are from the area, you know how great this place is...if you are unfamiliar with Home-Depot stores, consider yourself blessed to not only have a H.D. in Alpena, but one of the most dependable "carpentry/craft/home goods" chain stores right here in the N.E. tip of the mit.

It's a good place for finding tools and equipment to build and update your home with, has nice staff and helpers.

Pick-up is great! Order online and pick up in the designated parking area. Great for moms making multiple trips with multiple children! Staying in the car together, makes the trips quicker! Options for connecting when you arrive include smart phone and previous-gen phone options; also you could walk inside and have your items all in one spot. Sometimes you receive a thank you card or treat with your order Pick-up 😋. If you forget you pick up, not a problem 👌, you have seven days before your item is returned. They gave a courtesy call on day six, for me. That was great because I forgot and then I was sick 😷 😅. I picked up my items without issue and without scorn. Thank you Home Depot for offering Order Pick-up!♡

I always pay cash. I tried to save money by signing up 4 credit refused.

Good place to find certain stuff

Needed to be helped with my range to get it to propane didn’t get the help for it after they sold it to me though

Ridged tools are the best deal in the industry imo, free battery replacement for life is hard to beat

I came in to order blinds during the Labor Day sale. Thankfully, the one gal that does most of the help with ordering was there. She was very good making suggestions and helping with making sure the order was accurate. She also looked for promotional codes during the checkout. There were 2 other people waiting and she acknowledged them and was very courteous. My Bali blinds were delivered within the expected time frame! I haven't put them up yet but I'm sure I will love them.

I don't ordinarily shop at home depot because there isn't a location near Saugatuck, mi. I visited this location with an eclectic list of tools and materials we needed to complete our work. The five star rating is due to the help I was able to find quickly that got me in and out of the store. For someone that doesn't shop there often that was a priceless service. They have a great selection of high quality commercial tools as well.

Bob in plumbing is very knowledgeable and very personable. He was a great help. I picked up some cast to put in a gas hookup for the new dryer I am getting. He corrected some incorrect items I would have gotten and being an hour away it should save me unnecessary trips.

The staff and management were very helpful, in spite of our being less than decisive with appliance and lighting product selection/purchase, for our home remodeling efforts. Kudos to the department leads, store management, and register staff, for embracing the true spirit of Customer Service, even just minutes prior to store closing (after a long day, I'm sure). It is very much appreciated! We'll be making the trip up here (from Oscoda) again, as this store has earned our repeat business.
