Aaron, Amy, Griffin, and Clayton were our service pros for a few days after we had a leak make it from the main floor to our basement. They were always professional and efficient, getting what they needed done to help us while communicating to us for each step in the process. Their expertise was very helpful given that our ceiling had been pouring out water.

In April, we had water flood our lower floor. We called ServProWe and were very happy with the quick response at the beginning and the follow-through at the ending. So we could move as quick as possible to the repair and replace phase. They also worked seamlessly with our insurance claim adjuster.

The SERVPRO Emergency team of Allegan/ Barry County is a Fantastic company! We came home from a month long trip only to find our entire basement flooded. They came out within 4 hours of calling and started the cleaning process. A crew was at our home for 3 + weeks straight, cleaning, doing mold remediation , boxing up our possessions, etc. Great Company and crew to have around and know you're taken care of with no worries. You won't be disappointed with this Company!

Amy & Jordon were here for 3 days cleaning up a fine dust that was over everything in a large storage & mechanical room .
Both were very thorough, efficient, hard working, professional and knowledgeable.
Even the smallest items were wiped down & vacuumed including a very old mounted 10 point buck .

My house had major water damage on all three floors due to an overnight leak. The Servpro team was very prompt in getting to my house to start the drying process. The team was very polite, and kind. They kept me updated with what they were doing and why. They saved as much as they could (which was a lot more that I thought was salvageable). Mike and Emily were fantastic to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

We unfortunately have had to use Servpro many times and they are our go-to for water and fire damage. This branch was very quick to respond and walked us through everything that they were doing. Emily and Tyler were very polite and helpful, providing us with information on plumbing services to help us in the process. They were flexible with their schedule to return the next day and check on the progress.

Everything about SERVPRO was top notch, first class. With the unknown consequences of a hidden leak, SERVPRO laid out a plan of attack, hoping for the best while planning for the worst. We ended up with a near best case scenario, but provided the assurance we had contained the leak, while having minimal damage and confirmed no mold. ServPro was outstanding in getting our basement dried out after a sump backup. The team: Jordan, Casey, Bethany, Griffin and Brody arrived quickly and set to work. Their efficiency, cheerfulness and helpfulness are greatly appreciated.

SERVPRO of Allegan is Totally Amazing!!Their Team spent 3 Days + removing mold and mildew in our 4 bedroom home that was unoccupied for over 2 1/2 years! The two main certified technicians, Tyler and Avery did an exceptional and thorough job! They did not leave one spot untouched! They work diligently and only took two breaks a day for about 15 minutes each! I received my quote before they started and after they completed the job they logged the actual hours and discounted the unused hours from the bill! They also gave my father a 10% discount for being in the military and also a senior citizen approaching 96 years old! This honesty saved my father a lot of money!
I highly recommend this company! Their workmanship, quality of service, integrity, and honesty is hard to find these days!

Richard and Griffin came to my daughter's new home to clean all carpets in the house prior to move-in day. They were punctual (even early), professional and very pleasant to work with. I was directed to ServPro from our insurance agent. I discovered mold in my Mother’s 100+ year old home. Because the damage came from groundwater, it was not covered by insurance. The ServPro professionals (Emily, Mike V., Griffin, and Jordan) were so helpful. They showed us how we could keep costs down and still allow them to do the work of cleaning up the mess and remediating the mold. They did a great job, were great communicators, timely, and worked efficiently. I highly recommend this company. Excellent work!

Plumbing problem caused water damage in finished basement. Servpro was very responsive to our needs. They boxed up 3 bookshelves of books and assorted “treasures”. They removed damaged drywall and bookshelves, set up dehumidifiers and fans and protected flooring to exit door. What a blessing it was to realize that they knew what to do in our time of need. Wonder team of people came from Allegan Servpro and have returned every day to check on pace of drying. After drywall is repaired they will follow up with mold remediation and clean carpet. Richard and Griffin were very professional and helpful with our basement clean up. They were on time for both appointments at our house and cleaned up everything very well. Took out the smell and removed all of the trash. Would definitely recommend this company!

We had a pipe that had a small leak, that apparently became a big leak! Homeowner and friend were able to fix the pipe - but the carpet was full of water. We called ServPro. They were quick to answer all of my questions and were at our home the next morning. They not only emptied the room, they also made it a point to try to dry a number of first edition books that we were planning to give to our granddaughter in a couple of years.

Each employee that was here was professional and very courteous. Yesterday, I saw one of their trucks at a home a few miles away from our home. I thought to myself, how lucky those homeowners are to have ServPro helping them out!
