I hired John to remove knob and tube wiring from an old house I recently purchased. John provided a competitive quote, showed up as promised and completed the work on time. Work was up to code and passed inspection with no problems. I would hire John again.

John and his team have completed multiple projects in our home including light installations, rewiring/ moving fixtures, and entertainment center installation. They also installed extensive attic lighting in our bonus room.

Two things are especially notable -
First the project involved trades people from numerous Our project involved the work of numerous trades people. No matter the complications, the need to reschedule work one day or take advantage of a lull in others' work schedules to get something done, John was there.
Second, as with any complex electrical device you try to integrate into your home, there were challenges. Ours had to do with the equipment itself. As we worked to try and figure out how to make it work, John was right there with us. Our problem became his problem until everything worked as it should.
Both of these qualities distinguish John from other electricians. But the most important thing to know, especially when dealing with electricity, is the high quality of the work he does.
If you need an electrician, I couldn't recommend John more highly.

We hired John to replace the bathroom exhaust fan, install a new circuit, and make some minor changes throughout the house. He was extremely quick to respond to our request for an estimate, answer our questions, and schedule the work. He and his assistant were both professional, efficient, and neat. We've had John come to our house for a few installations. We have a line run underground for the new pool we had installed a few years ago. We've also had a new exterior security light swapped out. I called this morning to have a chandelier installed same day and John was able to send one of his electricians in that afternoon. Not only did John do me a huge favor by fitting me in the schedule since it was NYE and they were working a half day, he was very communicative about when his electrician was arriving. The service was fast and professional. I will most definitely be using John in the future.

I was on a tight timeline for the sale of a rental house. I needed interconnected hardwired smoke detectors, and John was great in scheduling a time to review the project as well as do it on a very tight timeline. We agreed on a deadline, and with an impending snowstorm, John was being cautious in not over promising. To my surprise, he contacted me several days before the deadline to let me know the job was complete. I've had many contractors who have over promised and underdelivered, but John, in my mind, overdelivered!

John and his team are prompt, professional and take the time to explain things to the client. I had him install the connector for a portable generator and he made sure I knew how the connection plug and switch box worked. He also recommended doing a run through the system regularly so I can do it easily when there's a power emergency. Highly recommend!
