Sam's Italian Foods

I don't normally give five stars across the board and normally service probably isn't always consistent but for this particular experience I literally had nothing to complain about.

Food was great. I got a bucket of spaghetti with meatballs and sauce with a bag of bread and a two liter of pepsi. The spaghetti is thin spaghetti which is what I like, the sauce is amazing, the bread is pretty good and the order came with a two liter of soda. The price was $28.00 for all that included. It was on special.

Service was good. Friendly staff on. Monica the boss on duty was a genuinely nice person, told her what I wanted and she pointed out the deal on spaghetti which saved me money. Went out of her way to be kind, very good service.

Atmosphere was fine. We went for lunch so it wasn't super busy, we sat in the dining room which was empty, probably a slow hour but that's okay because it was relaxing and peaceful and enjoyed our food. The dining room was very clean and stocked. The bathroom was exceptionally clean too. No complaints. Parking is usually easy to get into. Plenty of parking spots.

It's not as expensive as other places.

Thank you so much to the two women working this morning. We ordered 10 pizzas for our son's birthday party. They were ready before the scheduled pick up time, delicious, super hot, and fresh. When picking them up I was met with awesome customer service from very friendly staff. A+ experience! You guys are the best!

I live in Florida! Miss sams so much… so I flew a sandwich down. Staff nailed it. Sandwich made it in one piece and absolutely not soggy at all.

Sam's is great if you want Italian food. I always get ham Italians and pizza. Authentico! I have a friend named Sam. He likes to pretend he owns the place. He does not!

My go-to place for Italian fare took a turn to mediocre-ville, so I tried Sam's and was immediately reminded of how the sauce makes the pizza ... and what an unexpected and flavorful treat it was. My wife ordered the BLT and was appreciative that the sandwich was made with a good dose of chopped bacon and not limited to two, fatty slices. It was a flavorful experience, all the way around. When you consider that the staff couldn't have been more friendly, and that the food was ready at the time requested (with NO additional waiting, which is what calling in an order is all about), it seems as though we've found a new Italian place. Give these guys a try, and you may just find a new bestee as well - Enjoy!

I once received 2 pizzas for the price of 1 because the first pizza had an air bubble in it, and they offered both pizzas, it was such a kind gesture

Amazing customer service! A mistake was made while an employee pulled my pizza out of the oven. I watched multiple employees jump in to try and fix it while another group got on starting another one in case they couldn't. When it was decided that it couldn't be salvaged, they immediately informed me and apologized. Even after I said it was absolutely not an issue, they insisted that my sodas were free to make up for it. They fast tracked a perfect pizza to me, and apologized again once it was given to me. This level of customer service was unexpected and very welcome. Even though I didn't consider this an issue, the fact that they did and went out of their way to fix it, was something you don't see often nowadays. I will definitely be back!

We stumbled into this place today, ordered two very different calzones, one Chicken Cordon Bleu, with a cream sauce, and one with ham, pineapple, & jalepinos, with red sauce. And both were excellent!!

I eat there pretty much every day I work, they're always so thoughtful towards my "picky" nature and know me by name. The staff is excelent and the prices are cheap for the amount of good quality food made fast.

The same great food and service I have received at any other location. Being from Lewiston, I grew up on Sam's. It is nice to have this one up the street from work. Very friendly.
