Love this place and their ice cream! I came here andnit was not busy. Staff was friendly and I had a huge scoop serving of my fave Raspberry chip cheesecake ice cream! Highly recommend this place when in the area!🤩

Last night we went in to get ice cream. I was unable to think of what I wanted. I explained it to her and she very happily said " I can make something like that for you". She didn't act put out or bothered. Her and the other lady (also from the restaurant) were extremely friendly and kept busy even when nobody was getting ice cream 💖

My husband found this place by mere accident a couple months ago.
Two weekend ago we where over that way for a Battle Jacks Game, and stopped in.
We enjoyed sitting with out HUGE bowls of Ice cream.

The staff was very nice and well kept building.
The prices is great for the amiunt you get.

This was mine an my family first time there we got 2 waffle cones with chocolate ice cream and the Eskimo kiss and it was fantastic. Considering I've been going to DQ for years I have to say this ice cream shop is so much better. And the atmosphere is so family friendly it amazes me. I will be back. Keep up the great work

Wow! The new manager is AMAZING. My daughter is autistic and definitely needs patience. This lady was so accommodating we will never go anywhere else. She came out from behind the counter, as my daughter was screaming and freaking out and sat Indian style on the floor with her and calmed her down in a matter of 60 secs. My daughter has sensory issues so the gal turned down the radio and put up a piece of cardboard box so the sun wasn't shinning in her eyes where we ended up sitting. Not to mention changing our order 5 different times bc my daughter couldn't make a decision. This gal I believe is a new manager and offered to make their doubled dish, I think, into separate smaller portions of different ice creams that would equal that dish and even separated each ice cream. This lady has restored my faith in humanity! Thank you! You are TRULY ONE OF A KIND.

My best friend and I went there on a Sat afternoon. We had been wanting to go there since before the pandemic started! Now we have a new spot! First we split an apple cinnamon scone then we each got a scoop of one of their many flavours of ice cream. Both were excellent. The scone melts in your mouth, the ice cream yummm! It was a quiet time, we were glad as it's usually busy. It just before 5 o'clock when we left. We had a blast there. There was a nice looking younger (by our standards) guy working and we really appreciated him. He was patient with us while we checked the place out and when we had no idea what we wanted. We sat in one of the booths which was very comfortable and would easily accommodate a very large person quite comfortably, as we both scooted up closer to the table. It was good to find bigger booths rather than the ones even thin people have a hard time squeezing into. They also have the tall tables and chairs. There's a TV for the sports fans. Its a nicely decorated and friendly atmosphere. Try it you won't be sorry!

Though the outside of the building looks inconspicuous, the inside is clean, modern and really nice. There's TV's playing cartoons the inside is bright and it's honestly a bit shocking from seeing the outside. As well the ice cream is high quality and they have lots of flavors. Great place will be returning often :D

Whoever the young girl in there working is you are amazing!!! Now 2nd off the lack of employees is ridiculous to have that girl in there working by herself with 30 people waiting in life is crazy. Whoever owns this place needs to step in and help. Other than that service and ice cream was 10/10…

Great place to grab some ice cream. The selection isn't huge, but the customer service is awesome. I really enjoyed just talking with the owner. Love having nice family owned places in Battle Creek. The building itself is really cool too. you can tell they put effort into making it nice inside. I'll definitely be going back

I LOVE that their tree-nut ice creams are in a separate case for people with allergies! Way less contamination possibilities! Also, all of their allergies are listed below each ice cream! We will definitely be back! The ice cream was delicious and there were so many choices!! And, the customer service was great-used a fresh scoop for ice cream for our person with allergies and were very patient as we couldn't make up our mind what flavor we wanted!

My wife and I love this little ice cream shop! the staff is so nice and it's such a cute little place! it's a great addition to the neighborhood. my wife and I have quickly added it to our list of favorite places to grab a sweet treat! And frequently visit it's great to see nice things coming to Battle Creek!
