Highly recommend this practice. Kelsey was very helpful at the front desk, friendly and informative. Sally and Jen were top notch hygienists. Professional, thorough, and kind. Dr. Sam was also thorough and professional. If you are looking for a dental practice, you won't be disappointed.

I have had PTSD from very negative, painful and unpleasant dentist experiences beginning from a very young age. It put a bad feeling to trust another dentist and hygienist. Years ago, before moving up north my children and I had a family dentist I absolutely adored and trusted completely for nearly 11 years. After my husband and I moved up north I was skeptical and hesitant to look for a new dentist. I thought I found one. But after a year and a half of visits, nope. So the search continued again a year or so after COVID. I made some calls, read reviews. I decided to take the plunge and try Harbor North Dental. I asked my husband to please pray for me before my appointment due to anxiety. After checking in the front desk, being escorted to the room of horror (my expression) I was still uneasy. I explained my fears and concerns to the hygienist. What a kind and beautiful soul. Her tender voice, knowledge of everything dental, and understanding, she really did help calm my nerves. Still a little apprehensive cause I have much dental care to be completed in the near future. Then the dentist walked in and he was very gentle and considerate as well.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kendziorski & hygienist Sally Nowak. They are very professional as well as friendly and personable. Never had a bad experience with them. Alpena is fortunate to have these kind of health professionals working here.

Anyone I've dealt with has been knowledgeable and friendly. Have seen both dentists and would have no qualms of seeing either one.

Dr. Sam (Kendziorski), Heidi, Amy, and the other folks at Harbor North Dental are wonderful! Both my husband and I are very pleased with the care we’ve received there. My husband had some major dental issues after radiation for throat cancer, and Dr. Sam and her team coordinated his care with Grand Traverse Oral Surgery. He’s doing great, and we can’t say enough good things about Harbor North. 10/10 recommend

It's unusual to feel moved to review a dentist's office online, but I honestly can't say enough good things about Harbor North! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease (no small feat for a dentist). The staff from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist were all incredibly friendly and thorough. I left feeling informed, taken care of, and my mouth felt great!

What can we say......Dr. B. Kendziorski and all of the the assistants, hygienists, and office staff are the best (and Dr. Wolf :))!! After almost two years, my crooked front tooth is straight!! It was a complicated process (I have never been the easy child LOL), but Dr. K did not give up and was determined to help fix my smile and my confidence. I suffered with this issue since I was 6 years old and now I am finally happy with my smile. I would highly recommend this office for any dental procedure you need, you will not be disappointed.

I became a new patient here this week. I am a 'down stater" who spends many summer months and weekends in the Alpena area. I decided I should have a dentist in the area and boy was I glad I did. This practice is so professional with state of the art equipment. They scheduled me easily and took care of some dental needs with out the "rush" of the big city offices. Dr. Kendziorgski is thorough and clearly passionate about providing good care. Becky is an awesome hygienist! I will definetly use them as my main dentist going forward. A 5 star rating for sure.

Friendly and fast

Years ago I went for an exam. I wanted a couple of broken teeth extracted. Dr Wolf had them remove my front dental implant to make an impression for some partials. Then i was told the implant was going to fail. Keep in mind this was years ago. I went back a week later or so and they lost the screw to my implant. They didn't have have the right screw to replace it. So they put in a different screw. Never called me back to put in right screw. Now, implant screw is loose and I cannot tighten it up
