I was experiencing a rough week so my husband ordered some roses for me and had them delivered; not only were the roses beautiful and high quality but today (3 days later) when I was pulling a few wilted leaves I discovered this cute little lady bug glued to a leaf 🐞🤩❤.

I’m sure I will keep this florist in my to go list in the future. Nice job!

I just have to say that My Lady's saved the day for a second time for my family at the last minute. We needed flowers for my niece's college graduation (came in Friday morning and needed them for the next day), because the florist we used for the past 2 generations, well, let's just say their product was lacking. Not only were they able to help, but they explained how to keep the bouquet looking fresh overnight and gave us what we would need to keep them fresh and "watered" while we were waiting to give them to her. Thank you for saving my prom corsage disaster 34 years ago and my niece's college graduation.

I ordered on line and everything went extremely well. My mother loved them and based on her description they delivered exactly what I picked out, so that made me very happy as too many times I receive a call " sorry but we don't have that vase or flower anymore" and they substitute and not always for as nice as I had hoped. I will order from here again and prices very reasonable.

Been going here for years for all my flowers. Always friendly. Always fast. Today they went above and beyond. I had a daughter pass away when she was 2. To honor her my family takes flowers to pass out to the nurses who helped us get thru the tough time at Motts Children’s Hospital. When I went to go pick up the carnations just now I was informed that the owner wanted us to have them at no charge. What wonderful people. A gesture I will never forget. They are beautiful as can be too! Highly recommended this amazing business!

My brother and I ordered flowers for mothers day and an emergency hit and I couldn't pick them up before they closed Sunday. Today, (5/13/2024), I expected them to be open for their stated hours so was going to pick them up today- they ended up closing early because their employees have spent long hours over the weekend filling orders for the occasion.

Long story short, instead of making me wait another day without notice, Pam (I assume the manager?) called me, left a message and gave me her personnel number. When I called back she said the store was closed but the owner was there waiting, and to knock on the door and we could get my moms flowers. My brother picked them up and my mom got her flowers, still fresh and beautiful.

I cannot say how much this meant to us, you all worked so hard this weekend and deserve your time off- the thought and care put into communicating with me and making sure we could still get get flowers to our mom was not just incredible customer service, but also so very thoughtful and compassionate. I am a customer for life.

I absolutely would recommend My Lady’s Florist! I live in VA and had a sweet friend that lost her dad this week. I placed an order for flowers with the wrong dates for delivery. The sweet owner saw my mistake while the business was closed and still made sure my order made it on time for the actual service, not my wrong date. They absolutely went above and beyond in this instance- especially since the mess up was all on me!

My Lady's Florist did an exceptional job on my mother's birthday bouquet. They are a local florist around her home and when ordering, I didn't notice the local delivery discount. The florist took the charge off my bill and notified me. They went way above since I'm out of state. I'll always use them for flowers in the future from now on. My mother loved her arrangement.

I ordered from My Lady's Florist online and was happy to receive a confirmation email of the order, and another one after they delivered it, and a follow up to see how they did. I saw the Peace Lily plant at the Funeral Home and it was gorgeous. I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to others.

I'm an over-the-road Truck Driver & ordered flowers from My Lady's Florist for My Mom on Mother's Day while I was on a delivery down South.
Not only were they delivered promptly & as scheduled, According to my very surprised Mom.. They were very, very well packaged, "The most beautiful Tulips She had ever seen" (She's a perfectionist so that's saying something for her to be THAT impressed!)
The Gentleman who did the the delivery was kind, courteous & helpful. I came Home a week after Mother's Day & she was correct, The flowers were still absolutely stunning an entire week later & even had an adorable faux Ladybug attached to it's leaf,To add a little whimsy..
I will DEFINITELY be ordering from My Lady's again!!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My 6 and 7 yr old daughters came in to buy (with their own money) some flowers for their Papaws birthday. He had passed away about 2 months ago and today is his birthday. They wanted to put them at his final resting spot. After letting my girls pick the flowers they wanted (3 carnations each) they not only made the flowers up beautifully, they told my girls to keep their money. These 2 wonderful ladies told us it was on the house bc my girls were doing something so mature, they deserved it. We held it together in your store, but as soon as we left, Mom and Dad were in tears. This was their first time to see him since our Papaw passed and this place made it very memorable. Thank you so much. 💓

Highly Recommend! I live in OH and I wanted to send my sister flowers for her birthday. I called My Lady's Florist and spoke with a very nice gal who was very helpful. I picked what I wanted from their website. They arrived today and were as beautiful in person as the picture showed...maybe even fuller! Thank you so much for your help. It's hard when you are from out of town and don't know who to call.

I was very happy with the floral order I recently made. I live about an hour from my sister so I'm not very familiar with all the florists in her area. I completed the order online for a delivery on a Monday. My sister received her flowers and was very happy and her coworkers loved them too. Also, the florist added in a small plaque as a kind gesture for my sister which was very appreciated by both of us. I will definitely be ordering from this florist again!

The website provided a wide variety of offerings to choose from that all seemed to provide good value for the price. The order I chose was exactly as pictured, delivered when committed to. I'm very satisfied I chose My Lady's First.

My baby sister Rebecca had passed away from cancer September 19th and her funeral was September 24th. She wanted blue carnations at her funeral. So I went up there September 23rd. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. He felt bad breaking the news to me that they were unable to do the carnations. He showed me Spider mums and that he can make them blue. I said that would be fine. He asked if I wanted a half dozen with Babysbreath. I said make it a dozen, money is not an option. When he brought them out to me I was blown away at how gorgeous the arrangement was, and of course I started to cry. Then he told me that he was giving them to me on the house. Thank you so much for your kindness!!!!!!❤
