The lady I worked with at this shop was just fantastic. She made an incredible custom arrangement of mother's day flowers that is still blooming after a week! Before the delivery, she called me to get final thoughts on the custom arrangement. Who does this? People who care, that's who. I don't live near Westland, but if I did, I'd stop by this store and give this lady a hug for being so talented and kind. Thank you!

I just wanted to take a moment and highlight Eileen’s wonderful costumer service. I was ordering flowers for a friend’s birthday and she was incredibly helpful and offered great expertise. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here for their floral needs!

They were very helpful at Westland Florist. We go there every November to get a wreath for our Sons grave. At least for the past 20 years. They have a good selection. Good prices.

I have used Westland Florist for decades and always so pleased with their beautiful arrangements. Most recently, they helped me through one of the most difficult times, the passing of my Dad. They made a very special arrangement for him from his baby girl. And while I live in Florida, I'm thankful for the tried and true dedication of the folks at Westland Florist. I visit Michigan often amd will always use Westland Florist.

I needed a corsage and boutonnière at the last minute for my granddaughters prom (I had ordered from another florist and they did a horrendous job). I called Westland Florist and explained my situation. They did not hesitate and said they would make them right away.
When I arrived 20 minutes later, they presented me with an absolutely beautiful corsage and boutonnière. I will most definitely order from them again. And, while I was there, I saw that they have beautiful flowers and hanging baskets. I can’t wait to go back and purchase some for my yard!!!

Just an amazing job they did on my daughter wedding bouquet, it was just as I described it, they brought it to life(even through our nation's BIGGEST challenge happening) and on top of doing a superb job on the flower arrangement, I mixed up their closing time🤦 and was running late they were willing to wait until I arrived so thank you thank you thank you!

Ordered beautiful in blue for my cousins funeral they were gorgeous. Also they were reasonably priced compared to other florist. Thank you for the great looking vase as well good quality and healthy looking flowers. And they even deliver on Sundays. I will be a returning customer.

I am a very new gardener and was looking for some hanging plants for my balcony. The owner (I think) came around and asked what I was looking for and then
OFFERED TO PLANT ME SPECIAL HANGING BASKETS.
They phoned me early in May to say that they’d like to keep them for a little while longer because May was cold; that’s so thoughtful.
Finally picked up my baskets after another phone call saying, “Please come pick up your baskets because people are looking at them, wanting to buy them!”
They look so good. I’m so pleased. They taught me how to trim them too!

Wonder experience today, it being mother's day I was worried that they would be out of quality flowers...a young lady Farah took time to explain to me the options. They had a huge variety of premium flowers.. I got 2 huge arrangements thinking it would be SO EXPENSIVE...to my surprise it was under $200. I always recommend this place to my friends, alwas sup port small and local businesses...definitely 5 stars !!!!

I've lived here 7 years and am just finding this place! A wonderful selection of flowers and perinales and really good prices! No more big box stores for me...I will be back. And Jim the owner is very nice!

I had a "worst mom ever" moment when I forgot to order a corsage for my son to give to his homecoming date. I called Westland Florist in a panic at 445pm the day of homecoming. I was in luck, they did up a couple extra corsages and had one left. They held it for me and even offered to wait for me to get there since they closed in 15 minutes. They were super kind and saved the day. Many thanks to the great people at Westland Florist and Greenhouse!

I love this florist/greenhouse!!! It is so hard when you are out of state(South Dakota) and want to send something nice and you are not sure if it will be as nice as you are told it will be!!! Westland florist has NEVER disappointed me!!! Highly recommend!!
