Midas is the best place I’ve ever taken my vehicle. The customer service was phenomenal. The quality of repairs was awesome. They stayed within the timeframe they gave me and did an amazing job in every aspect. I am 100% pleased with Midas and would recommend ANYONE to them. Get you car fixed at Midas on West Ave in Jackson mi. You won’t regret it! Shout out to Brian for managing such a prestigious business. Keep it up! 5 stars!!!

Midas in Jackson makes every effort to make you feel valued as a customer. I went in for an oil change around Christmas and it was free if you donated a gift. Most recently I visited their location and the manager personally reached out to me via text to see how my visit went. They make effort to treat their customers well, they are efficient with their scheduling and reasonable with prices.

Brian, Shawn, and the staff @ Midas in Jackson were awesome! They were able to get my car in the same day to replace my serpentine belt and idler tension pulley. The price was reasonable and the wait time was not long at all. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future car repairs.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Brain and Cody worked very hard on my jeep and worked with me and my insurance place to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, I appreciate everything they have done! I will always support the work they do!

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgable staff. Easy to schedule appointments and responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs car issues addressed. Have several cars worked on for brakes, struts, tires, oil changes.

I dealt with Brian Berry, he and the staff here did a GREAT job! They were prompt, got the car done faster than expected and made the whole process convenient. I also got text updates while they had my car, very cool tech feature. Good job guys!

The manager and workers there were great and took their time to explain things to me about my car that didn't have to do with my oil change. They didn't have to do that. I'm def going back.

Everyone is so nice at Midas. They do great work there. And the manager name is Brian he is wonderful to work with and very understanding. They are great people who work there.

Had my car to several garages and the dealership and no one could find out why it kept stalling. Came to Midas and they said Distributor replaced it and so far no stalling out. And the price was amazing. I wrote before but can't say thank you enough to Midas in Jackson. They are always Truthful with what need done now and what can wait
