I recently had all of my brakes and rotors replaced, along with a safety inspection. Matt and his team were beyond helpful and friendly. They were quick , honest and fair priced ! I can’t say enough good things about G-force ! If you need auto repair, I highly recommend them !

They always kept me updated on my vehicle status and very informative on everything they’re doing on your vehicle! They are very friendly, polite and know how to make you feel like you matter! I definitely recommend them!

The office had excellent communication. Quick diagnostics and fix. Reasonable labor prices. Great new after hours drop off and pick up system.

I have no complaints other than how much it cost, I guess I’m just used to doing things myself. They did calipers, rotors, and pads. On the front. I understand labor cost and all of that. They moved quickly and had my car done within a day, few days before Christmas and the snow storm. Will come here again.

This is by far one of the best experiences dealing with a repair shop, that I have ever had. I received daily phone calls from Wendy giving me updates on the progress of the repair work. They dealt with the warranty company to get the entire repair job covered, and my car runs like I just bought it new! Thanks again!! I will be back for all of my car repair needs!!

I brought in an estimate to G-Force from their competitor. I was skeptical about the estimate in the first place, because there was a bolt listed for $475.00 and a stud listed for $123.50. How could that be? So I googled it and both were listed for under $20.00 each Matt wrote me an estimate for the same job and got my car in there soon. G-Force saved me a lot $$$$. G-Force deserves 100 stars not just 5. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank-You for your service and honesty, it is greatly appreciated.

I needed front/back rotors, brakes and a bearing replaced all in a short time frame. They were the only shop I could get in and out of within that time frame. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t had a single issue. These guys mean business!

I went and had my oil changed, and the tech forgot to reset my odometer for my oil. I called the store and they told me to come back. Dillon went above and beyond the call of duty to not only reset it for me but he repeatedly apologized for the techs mistake and also showed me how to do it if it happened again. I would recommend this place to anyone. The service was quick, and everyone was very polite. Thank you G-force Staff.

We were in a few weeks ago because our car was overheating. They fixed what they thought was wrong and everything seemed to be working okay. Yesterday, the radiator was spraying fluid everywhere so we called an they said to bring it back in this morning. They were very nice throughout the whole time and had it repaired in under two hours. Best service we’ve had in a long time.

The owner (Matt Clawson) and his staff is very skilled in all aspects of the vehicle. In addition they are very fair in their prices and service is excellent as well. This shop is also recommended by local tire shops for to complete alignments. Overall, an asset in Jackson and highly recommended.
