Great self guided museum within walking distance of North Higgins Lake State Park. The State of Michigan has done a great job preserving history here.

My dad was in the ccc so I stopped in the museum to see everything. There group pictures of each camp unit- the pictures of each worker are small so i didnt think I would find my dad who was about 14 when he was there- so a child that i needed to recognize, but about 10% of the unit pictures had a name roster-one was my dad ! And he was smiling broadly-a kid amongst so many men. great visit to the museum which is well done.

Absolutely one of my favorite places ever. I take people there every time I get a chance. Everyone should know what is CCC camp is. It is 4 hours from my home I've been there five times.

Great place to play pokemon go outdoors and on foot without worrying about traffic. Solid turn out of people, and everyone had a fun time. Will return.
