Roosters Coney Island

During my recent visit to Rooster's Coney Island in Jackson, MI, I was genuinely impressed with the quality and taste of the food. I opted for the cheeseburger with fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were a delightful, crispy accompaniment. My friend went for two Coney dogs, and he couldn't stop raving about how amazing they were. Both the presentation and the flavors were top-notch, making our dining experience memorable. The ambiance of the place added to the enjoyment, with a friendly staff that made us feel welcomed. Although the cheeseburger was delicious, I'm already looking forward to trying the double cheeseburger on my next visit, expecting it to be even more satisfying. Rooster's Coney Island truly stands out as a must-visit spot in Jackson for anyone craving classic American comfort food done right. Highly recommended

I loved the French toast! Biscuits and gravy were delicious as well. I was rather happy to see I could order breakfast food after 11am. Also very happy with the portion sizes. Staff was friendly and place was clean and not too long of a wait for my food. It is a busy little spot though, no wait for a table. Food was delicious!

Went there for breakfast. The service was amazing. It truly was. I had a cup of coffee in front of me in less than two minutes after walking in and they always kept it hot. Blueberry pancakes were awesome. Good job Roosters!

Great coney island style hot dogs and fries, but a full BLD menu available. Meat sauce is very flavorful.

Party of four. Seated quickly, fast friendly service, very good food, generous portions, and reasonable prices. Fried fish was great!

We live in Indiana and this was 2nd time visiting our elderly Aunt Margie and this super friendly , Who lives close to restaurant. But we had found this terrific place on a recommendation from someone from the college who had frequented Roosters years ago. We did not know a soul but even other diners where sharing what to order and relax because service is fast. The 1 waitress is super friendly and personable and frequently checked upon our needs. That girl was super fast and gave conversation to recommend stuff and to enjoy lunch. WE DID, AND TIPPED GENEROUSLY. PEOPLE WERE CROWDED LITTLE WAIT TIME AND FOOD WAS TERRIFIC. Fantastic people working here, just the sweetest servers waiting on you and always making sure you're taken care of. The food being good and affordable is just another plus!

Took 4 grandsons there on a trip north. So glad we decided to try them out. We weren't sure at first. It was super busy and staff appeared frazzled. It was completely not the case. Once our waiter got to our table it was all smiles and great service.
Our 5 picky eaters had NO problem finding a delicious meal. Highly recommend.

Delicious Coney dogs and fries cooked to just the right amount of crispness. Chicken melt and burger were both juicy. Tasty chili cheese fries. Prices are very reasonable.

Food was great customer service was good prices were a little higher then last time but it's been a min they were super busy as it is father's day ❤ he had roosters big breakfast and I had a roosters omelet definitely recommend

Classic American Coney Island! Perfect for old school breakfast and lunch, at old school prices with down home friendly service! Try the steak and eggs if you want to splurge!

The staff are all very friendly and they provide excellent service. The food is excellent and reminds me of good old Southern restaurants. One of my favorite places in Jackson for breakfast. I will definitely be back. Kudos to Trisha who was my server.

Delicious food, friendly staff! I'd highly recommend this place. The portions are large and the food was soooo yummy! I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was AMAZING! Try it if you haven't already.... you won't be disappointed. I'm from Ohio and had it while visiting family. I want to make a trip back just to eat there again! 🙂

The food is always really good. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is the western omelette with salsa (you have to ask for the salsa). So yummy and huge!!
