Personally my experiences have been pleasant. The owner was very accommodating. I patronized the shop right before closing. My hair appointment was scheduled for the following morning before Beauty Paradise opened. The owner met me the next morning 2 hours before opening just to bring me the hair i needed from their other location. Thank you!!! I really appreciate you!!!

The young lady that was there working today was so nice and sweet and very helpful at helping me pick a wig. I also wanna say thankyou for being an lbgtq friendly place for a trans woman such as my self. I will continue to support this business and I love your really to me within walking distance. Looked good but the braids were different lengths some were long and some were short and they were eating while doing my hair with no gloves.

I went here and they did not have a return policy on the receipt. I was told they don’t do returns exchanges only. The wig I purchased looked nothing like what was on the manikin. Highly suggest not going here.
