Northface Construction LLC

I had excellent experience with Northface Construction. Prj. Manager Andrew Schell is personable and he was shared with me timely updates about schedule for roof repair. My house had a partial damage to roof & after multiple unsuccessful phone calls to other roofing companies, Northface managed to schedule a day for roof repair closer to end of season. I'll reach to Andrew & Northface in the future w/o hesitation if I need another job or share their contact info with friends. Andrew responded to my urgent request (short notice) and I'm thankful that other Construction Crews can work during winter without delay because of Northface.

I had a really good experience with this company! I noticed a small wet spot on the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. I called Northface out to take a look at it and they were very helpful and honest. The person who came out, Devyn; went up and found some areas where the flashing calk had lost it's seal and he sealed it for me while he was up there. He didn't try to sell me on a whole new roof or sell me on a redoing all the chimney flashing, he just re-calked it where he needed and let me know the rest looked good. I had another company come out after for a second opinion and they even stated that the calking job looked good and they didn't see any other issues with the area. I was very pleased and will be using Northface the next time I need roof work.

I was recommended to them from my pest control company after they noticed significant damage from squirrels near my roof. They came out the same day I called them and they did a thorough inspection and talked with me about what needed to be fixed. Austin was the person who did the inspection. He was very detailed with his quote and what needed to be done. They weren't able to fix the problem in the time frame they gave me due to the freezing weather, but they called me and updated me on when they would come out. When they came to fix it, I meet with them when they were done and they explained what they did and made sure I liked the work. They did a fantastic job and will definitely be using them for future projects.

They also sent me cookies as a thank you for using their services. I have never received cookies from a business before, but it was a very thoughtful thing for a company to do for their customers.

My experience with Andrew Schell and Northface Construction (NFC) was nothing but wonderful. Initially the insurance company did not want to pay for the roof replacement, due to the hail storms that hit Minnesota in May 2021. My neighbor whose roof was replaced by NFC recommended us to reach out to Andrew and NFC as the second roof installation company, after no success with the first company, to deal with the insurance company.

Andrew and NFC persevered fought hard for us, including his enlisting help from a different, more willing insurance agent (of the same insurance company) to get the insurance company agreed of damages to our roof and paid for its replacement. At last, after 4 inspections/re-inspections battling the insurance company, we prevailed; we almost gave up and gave in to the insurance company that had insisted of no significant damages to warrant replacement.

Andrew and the NFC crew were professional in the whole process, from the meticulous pre-inspection to take photos documenting damages for insurance company submissions. Their works are of high quality and got the whole roof and skylights replaced and done in 1 day.

My experience with Austin & Northface construction was amazing. I had some very specific requirements for how I wanted my gutter installed next the the garage valley to prevent ice on the driveway. They came and installed it as couple hours and it works great! Very pleased

What a great company, we did not think to have our roof looked at after a storm but our neighbor did because there were shingles that blew off and while Andrew , from Northface was on my neighbors roof he noticed that the shingles were actually from our roof. Andrew popped on down from the neighbors roof and took a look at our roof. I just have to say what a great guy Andy is, he even popped the few shingles back in and reviewed our roof. Awesome business man.

We had them replace the siding on our first floor. They were professional and polite. They were also able to deal with an aggressive neighbor. Loved the preview software!
