Recently purchased a used Equinox from Matick. Darcy Johnson did a suburb job of making sure I got the vehicle that was right for my situation. It was wonderfully prepped and detailed and kept inside till I was able to pick it up. Darcy took the time to go over the options and proper operation of the Equinox. This dealership continues to impress me. As a single mom having to navigate salespeople with car negotiation I never feel pressured or pushed into something that does not feel right. In fact I feel as though I received up front and honest information every time. My salesman Paul came through again and helped me to navigate a GM discount mishap. This dealership will be the one I continue to get my cars through - hands down! I even tried a different one more local to me and the pressure I felt there made me so uncomfortable, they simple pressured me right out the door. Matick never does this!

We took our 2014 Buick Regal in for service and after receiving the quote, questioned if we wanted to spend the money on the car since it had 113,000 miles. Christi connected us with Brad Wilson to see what our options were for leasing a new car. After Brad's detailed help, we decided to lease a new Trax. This is the sixth car deal we have done with Matick Chevrolet. Each and every time, we work with wonderful people who are incredibly helpful and kind making the experience a breeze.

I switched from Ford to give Chevy a try about five years ago. I couldn't be happier with the service, and how the entire dealership operates. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Paul Videcoq, he took the time to discuss my best options that fit personal needs. He got me into a blazer which I loved! Great vehicle. Had a low oil pressure message come up on my dic. Had the truck towed to the dealership. I’ve had a few issues with the truck lately so I figured this was going to another costly service repair. I was shocked when I received a call the following day to tell me that the truck was ready for pickup. Thank you for the great service.

I’ve never had a better experience leasing. I was referred to Sam Vitale from a friend who instantly started my process within moments of speaking. He then handed me off to Scott who just seamlessly had me what felt like in and out of the dealership in my brand new vehicle. I truly appreciate the level of customer service I was shown as it’s not seen much as much these days. I will definitely be sending anyone who asks to Matick!

My 2021 Trailblazer barley started that morning. So I took off to Matick Chevrolet . When I arrived I was informed that I needed an appointment. So I asked if I could make one for the next day.When I went to leave it was dead would not start.Taurise said he could not let me leave with the vehicle in that state. He said he didn't have a loaner it was still under the bumper to bumper warranty. He talked to someone and they asked how far needed to drive and I told them I live under 10 miles from Matick.They came up with a loaner. The young lady who took care of the loaner was very courteous and arranged for the loaner and I was on my way. I have never been to Matick for service so everyone there made a bad situation into a very good experience.

I have ordered a new Trailblazer from Scott Trocker and he also been one of the better sales persons I've dealt with. I use to deal with Lou Lariche but the have changed hands so making the move to Matick has so far been the best move I could make.

A shout to Taurise and the young lady who took care of the loaner ( sorry I don't remember her name) and to anyone else that made this happen.

My Trailblazer was fixed that day and started right up today no problems.

My experience with Darcy Johnson (sales) and Danielle Maniaci was absolutely impeccable. Lease prices have been extremely high for SUVs that I found myself in a bit of a time constraint to either find an affordable lease or buy my current lease that I didn’t see myself in long term. They found me something within my budget, and within a day, I was driving off in my new 2024 vehicle. My expectations were far exceeded and I plan on maintaining my future leases and purchases here. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process.

My family and I have gone to Ralph Yager for 25 years, he’s the absolute best!!!! He was able to find me a 3rd row SUV in my budget. I love my new Traverse, it’s exactly what I needed and in my budget. Whenever I hear people are looking for a new vehicle, I tell them to go see Ralph.

Although my truck seemed to take forever to get built. Scott kept me informed along the way with video emails, phone calls, and texts. I appreciate the support and occasional encouragement to continue to be patient for the truck I wanted.
