I had a great experience shopping at the Red Wing store. The salesman was courteous, polite respectful store was clean, check my shoe size to make sure I bought the boot won’t buy no other type of work boot.

Anthony was more than helpful, he not only got my old boots sent off to get re soled, but he showed me different boots I may be interested in, and ultimately I got another pair because of professionalism. I would recommend this store over the surrounding ones.

first time I was buying Red Wing Boots. Thanks to Anthony D.'s salesperson. I was able to experience 3D Scanning & analysis for my feet, great conversation, outstanding and valuable pieces of information about the boots, and find the right and comfortable boot. I recommend it to people looking for a nice, good pair of boots.

Red Wing shoes is an old school shoe store.

Incredible personal service, They keep your size and boot model on the computer for instant access; All you need is your email address or phone number for them to bring it up.

This is a great idea if you want your girlfriend to be able to get you a new set of boots, in the correct size, for Christmas.

Red Wing has other small touches like replacing your boot laces for free (probably best to stop by BEFORE the lace wears all the way through), or conditioning and waterproofing your boots for winter (again for free).

I tell my friends who buy their boots at shoe carnival about these services and they cannot believe it.

The boots seem to last forever, and they are still made in the USA!

I went to the Southgate location and they were out of the boots that I was looking for and they took the time to locate them at the Garden City store. So I would have the pair that I wanted instead of just trying to make a sale. I'm very satisfied with the outstanding customer service and both of those locations

On 4/18/2023, I went to the Ann Arbor store after calling ahead to see if the shoe I was going to purchase was in stock. When I arrived there was only one other person in the store, and I patiently waited for him to wrap up his purchase. The gentleman working did not greet me at all, and was very lackadaisical with his service which was contrary to the service I observed him give the individual before me. This ultimately cost him the sale. After receiving terrible service at the Ann Arbor store, I decided to give Red Wing Shoes one more try. I went to the Garden City store on 4/27/23, and received excellent service. The gentleman at the Garden City store gave me the service I expect when going to Red Wing Shoes, as I have been to the Livonia and Canton stores in years previous. He provided the details of the shoe I purchased, went over insole options and provided the details of the warranty coverage.

Great quality shoes. Excellent customer service. Great shoe buying experience.

I needed a pair of steel toe shoes for a new job. Having never worn steel toe before I did not know what I was looking for. John helped me today and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest and did not try to sell me extra things I didn't need. I recommend highly recommend Red Wing Shoes to everyone.

Wow. Great experience. John is the guy who took care of me. He had me stand on this machine for about 10 seconds, it mapped out my feet. He knew the exact size and the exact width that would fit for me. I have real wide feet. He quickly helped me down boot choices based on my needs. I'm a working man, on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day at work. Great experience. This is the first time I've been to a place that actually fits you, I usually just buy off the shelf somewhere. I've had the boots about a week. The difference is amazing. My feet no longer hurt during or after work. I'd rather wear these red wing boots than gym shoes. Comfortable as can be. Durable too, I've put them through hell this last week.

After measuring my feet and asking what type of work I did he, John went to the back and brought out two pairs of boots that he recommended from the interview with me earlier. The first one wasn't a good fit but the second worked like a charm. I'm good to good for a couple of years until I retire. Thanks John
